I paid for the plugin/service, but it was never set up or delivered. After taking the payment, there was no meaningful progress or follow-up. It appears that the website is inactive and the owner is no longer working on it. Multiple attempts to reach out have gone unanswered. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience due to non-delivery, lack of transparency, and poor customer support. I would advise others to proceed with caution

Pathetic Service by Theme9 – No Support After Purchase:

I purchased Elementor Pro and the Astra theme from Theme9, but from day one, Elementor Pro showed the error:
“The preview could not be loaded.”

After researching, I found this was likely a compatibility issue between Astra and Elementor Pro. When I disabled Astra, Elementor worked perfectly — clearly proving the issue.

I messaged Theme9 support, but got no reply at all — not even an acknowledgment. It’s been over a week, and my work is completely stuck because of this.

Honestly, I did not expect such pathetic service from Theme9 after paying for premium products. Zero support, zero responsibility. Very disappointing.

Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their support system.

I’m extremely disappointed with Theme9. When we ran into serious issues, there was no support at all. They didn’t respond to our messages, emails, or support tickets — we were completely ignored during a critical time.

To make matters worse, our Elementor Pro license expired after just 4 months, even though we paid for a full 1-year subscription. This is unacceptable. We trusted Theme9 to deliver both quality and support, and they failed on both ends.

If you’re considering purchasing from Theme9, please be aware of their lack of communication and unreliable service. Once you pay, you're on your own.

These Guys Taking too much time to deliver the product. and they are very attituded persons..sale bhut bade froud hai and ye log tumahre file mein bhi changes kr dete hai jis se tumahari complete website ki traffic down ho jayegi.

Bad after sales service. I purchased plugin and it's not even has 1 year update. Also these people ignore your message like you owe them something. If they want they can update in few minutes but they choose to ignore. I'm messaging for 6-7 days but no proper response. Even I messaged on support on website it says they will get back in within 24 hours but don't expect a reply in 24 hours.
