As we have explained via email, you have received the correct item, it is the exact colour you have ordered.
The colour was confirmed to you at checkout and in your order confirmation email - at which stage you could have updated or changed your order, before it was custom printed and made to order for you.
Under our installation guarantee policy, we have offered a replacement at a fraction of the original cost (25% / £8.20) as a goodwill gesture also. We have these policies in place for all customers to benefit from if they have any issues with fitting their products, but we are happy to extend this offer to you as a goodwill gesture.
In addition, as you have stated you have thrown the item away, we cannot provide you with a refund if it was returned.
