Cheaters . I didnt get any product

Absolute cheaters. I wonder if they even have a company or not. Took 7000 rupee order from me and didn't deliver the complete products. Customer care and all are all fake.

They are really pathetic. They didn't reply to my call and message. I have wasted my 2000 bucks. Please don't invest in these fraud companies. They will ruin your special day

Cheaters. They sent only partial delivery and didn't send products worth over 4000. They were very prompt to respond before but not responding at all not. Please don't buy anything from them. They will ruin your special day. Companies like these should be shut down immediately

This particular team has managed to conveniently scam me off 4000 bucks. I have never been scammed before and I failed to be careful with these bunch of thieves happily running a business on false promises. They confirmed the order after my payment, didn't bother to send me any shipment link, didn't bother to even respond to one of my 100 messages and finally.... Didn't even send me my package.
It was for my baby's first birthday. To all the hopes I had on the customised decor, I was in tears when all of my trials failed.
I don't know how they are still up and running a business when not just me but many of them hace been scammed similarly.
Please spread awareness. I'm going to do the same.

Not accepting calls and not making replies after making payments

They don't pick the call but product has been delivered on time. If they would have sent the tracking on time. It would be much easier and comfortable. But the collections are good

Products not received on time. They told not to accept the parcel so that it will get back to them. and when it gets return to them, they will refund amount. The parcel has been returned to them and they are not refunding amount now. Not responding also.

Only prepaid accepted, There they takes chance to cheat , like they miss items purposefully when u contact them they dont respond refund.Very Worst Cheap Busineess

Delivered only half the products ordered and even the products delivered were pathetic. Charged me a huge amount. Feeling cheated especially as they don’t respond to calls or messages.

Pathetic experience. It’s a scam.. they only reply before order after getting money they don’t reply you and never send full order. I am continuously sending them messages from last 10 days but they immediately read messages but don’t give single response. They are fraud people. Even they limited their instagram comments. I hope I read other reviews before making order to save my money. But now I have zero hope of refunding my money.

Pathetic, stay away

Very worst experience. They shipped with some random shipping.company and sent a tracking id. The shipment just says delayed and there is no response fron either. Shipping company has no phone number or customer care. And these people are not even responding to messages or calls.

Sent me wrong backdrop.i called many time there is not any response .payment was done.i order for my daughter’s first bday.very disappointed . There is not any customer service in mail also there is no reply.almost 24 hour.

Terrible service and/or fake business profile. I wish had read the other reviews on instagram before ordering. But will make sure to spread the word to call my contacts. They replied promptly before I placed my order. They are out to take your money. No reply since the payment was made after multiple attempts from my side.
