Out of all the clinics I've been with over the years I've now been with the TMHC for many years and couldn't be happier with the staff, Dr Stevens and the treatment...not like other clinics that try and push you to buy your medicine from them as they offer to help you get your treatment through the NHS if you have an understanding doctor...I will never leave the care of the TMHC. Top class service throughout

I've tried for a long time to get my hormone levels optimized in my home country without success until I found Dr. Steven.

From the moment I met him, I was welcomed with open arms. I genuinely felt that I was taken seriously and that they operated with my best interests at heart. TMHC has top-tier, lovely people and provides brilliant service.

I first came across Mens Health Clinic when my friend went on HRT and saw the difference in him,which was night and day,as a 49 yr old Sports Therapist who works sometimes 14 hr days and trains also and just kept feeling low and rundown even when i took time off felt even worse,but when my friend introduced me to Dr Stevens and had all my bloods done he saw the problem straightaway,the treatment and professionalism of the Doc has been nothing but amazing as i work in professional sport and am a Phlobotomist myself everything Dr Stevens and the staff did was with the utmost professionalism,and felt at ease with the nice and friendly atmosphere of how the clinic is run,i owe a debt of gratitude to the Doc and his team as they have literally changed my life and have given me my youth back for which i am forever grateful,i have been to other clinics but this one beats them all hands down,thanks Doc 👊👊

Spent some time researching TRT therapy. Approached a number of clinics. Had bloods taken by 2 different clinics before deciding the clinics were not suitable for me - something about them was not reassuring for a commitment to lifelong therapy. I am not an easy customer to please and question everything. Finally found TMHC.
Dr Stevens is easily the most knowledgeable and experienced Doctor I have ever spoken to about TRT. There are many others GPs, Urologists and Consultants! None were as convincing. Easily the best clinic in the UK for TRT. 3 happy years of treatment 😊

I have been a patient of Dr Steven’s and TMHC for nearly 2 years so now feel I have enough experience to give a review.
Like most of their other patients I can without hesitation give them the highest feedback and score possible.
My first contact resulted in review of my blood tests which I had obtained elsewhere. At the time I had spent 3 weeks trying to get an appointment with my own GP to discuss my private blood results without success. In despair I make an enquiry with TMHC and now so relieved I did. I attended in clinic 2-3 weeks later and my results were discussed, explaining the problems and then what treatment they recommended. I was shown how to take treatment in a thorough appointment lasting 90 mins.
I left with a feeling of relief that my life and health might start improving and that I was in safe experienced hands.
Over the initial year I had further appointments (I think) at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and either 12 or 15 months due to my protocol needing minute tweaking to obtain optimal feeling. Each time I was treated with care, professionalism and attention - far in excess of anything which I have received from any previous NHS or private providers. It took me until the 12-15 month from start to feel amazing - the initial 1.5 months are generally ‘feel worse before better’, but then things started improving both physically and mentally. By the 12-15 month stage I was feeling as good as I did 20 years ago, and the 7 months since my last appointment still feel great.
Dr Rob does not just rely on medication. He encourages lifestyle change including guidance on food, alcohol and fitness. The first 3 months were hard to adapt as you go through various emotional changes as the medication starts to work, but from month 3 I was firmly convinced to use improvements to diet, reduced alcohol and gym work to supplement the medication, and now nearly 2 years on feel 2 decades fitter and younger.
I have quarterly contact with the clinic for regular resupplies of medication and every contact with all members of the team is friendly and efficient. They did experience some minor shortage of some meds in early 2023 due to changes by the manufacturer which resulted in delays by MRHA reapproving the import of the medication, but this was handled very efficiently during this 2 month period and no patient went short or without. All received the medication they needed. My follow ups are now annual.
The treatment is gold standard, and the clinic and team are gold standard. The NHS and one other private clinic I contacted before TMHC do not come close.

Dr Steven’s will only prescribe medication if it’s needed. It’s a lifetime commitment so he won’t dish it out like sweets unless you have a clinical need. Treat any negative reviews with a pinch of salt as you might find those who left poor feedback might have had their egos hurt when told they don’t need it.
It’s not an overnight fix, but if you are prepared to put in the effort on your side, Dr Rob and the team will do all they can to optimise you and turn your health around.

Have been a patient at TMHC now for just over a year. After 5 years of "monitoring" but no treatment from the NHS I found these TMHC online. I first emailed the clinic with a not so brief run down of my symptoms, NHS findings and generally how the whole process was affecting my life. After a lengthy response and invitation to call the clinic I decided to give them a call. Right from the start I was made to feel at ease, and reassured that I was not alone in my battle. I explained that my NHS blood results always fluctuated between too low or normal range at every visit. But the problem I faced was when my levels were low I literally didn't have the energy to go to hospital for my blood tests, as soon as I did, my levels were fine again meaning that I didn't meet the NHS criteria for treatment even though I was showing severe symptoms.

When speaking to a member of staff at TMHC for the first time, they explained what the process was and that they too had procedures to follow, but would take into consideration previous NHS blood results, their own results and symptoms and then would make their professional judgment based on this. I was told of the initial fees as well as examples of what ongoing treatment would cost if I needed to go ahead.

I took this information and went away for a couple of weeks, emailing the clinic any questions I had. Some were answered by reception and any medical questions were answered by Dr Stevens.

I decided to take the plunge and get the ball rolling. TMHC organised for my blogs to be taking by an external company at my home address and these were sent off. I then booked my first appointment and met with Dr Stevens at their clinic in Ferndown. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and put me at ease. The place is modern, stylish and immaculate. Dr Stevens spent about an hour chatting about my symptoms and blood results. He confirmed that I would benefit from TRT. I was then able to start my journey that day. The doctor showed my how to prepare, administer and store the medication. I was made aware of possible side effects and what the process would be to counteract any adverse symptoms. After this I was taken into another part of the clinic and hooked up to their in-body scan machine where a full profile of myself was made. I was given a printout of this and advice from one of the clinicians about how certain lifestyle changes would help with my journey and also my overall health.

After about 6 weeks, I felt alive again. Like I could go back to everyday life without struggling. I had motivation, drive and ambition. I could play with my kids again without feeling worn down. And now a year on and I still feel human. I am sadly going through a very difficult time where my pub business of 10 years is going under and I will soon be facing bankruptcy. And as sad as this is, I have the strength to deal with it and I know 100% I would have struggled a kitchen more mentally if I hadn't started been on this treatment. Dr Stevens sympathised with my situation and liaised with my GP for shared care where they would provide my medication and tests and Dr Stevens would see me at the required intervals and monitor my results. This obviously helped keep costs down for me.

To think I suffered for 5 years before finding the mens health clinic and they were able to sort me out in just a couple of months.

Patient focussed care. I've been a patient for over 2 years now and am very satisfied with the care that I have received. I tried coming off TRT when my other medical issues improved and TMHC were very supportive of this decision even though ultimately I had to go back on TRT. Great news about the new satellite clinic closer to home and its also good news that the recent supplier/stock issues have been resolved with some medications. Last of all, a Big Thanks to the admin/support team who have to put up with all sorts off us patients and seem to manage to resolve it every time.

This is going to sound really corny but I honestly believe the Doc literally saved my life - before I made the appointment to see him I was close to losing everything! My job because I was falling asleep and that would have meant I'd have lost my house as I couldn't then pay the mortgage and I was so down in the dumps with life in general with having difficulty in getting out of bed and the massive weight gain I actually considered suicide - the NHS were their helpful selves and said there was nothing from and I just needed to diet.....
After the Doc reviewed my blood tests and ste me up on TRT things started to change for the better slowly to start but it just snowballed once I was dialled in !
I cannot thank him enough and I've dropped over 25kg in the 3 ish years I've been under his care he and his staff have been honest, friendly and ALWAYS 100% professional in their treatment of me !

I choose TMHC several years ago after carefully investigating the provision available in the UK. The staff are extremely professional and responsive. The approach is Doctor-led preventative care, which is clear and supportive. Treatment is individualised and based on reliable science, with many useful articles and videos on facebook to support and develop patients' understanding. The advice given is holistic, also covering lifestyle, diet and exercise.

NOT RECOMMENDED STAY WELL CLEAR.

I was very concerned about my own safety & the risk of infections because the blood samples were taken in poor hygiene setups & circumstances.

He just finished what he was doing in his office and the blood samples were taken in front an office desk & threw on the same desk.

The price I was charged was about £50 higher than the package prices advertised on their website.

No written report about the outcome of blood tests just a 30 seconds telephone call, no treatment offered for the results in red. I felt it is just a scam.

ALL THE EXPLANATIONS PROVIDED BY MEN’s HEALTH CLINIC ARE FLASE & ARE COMPLETE LIES.

The Hygiene procedure were not followed in blood taking procedures at all.

I was/am not under any investigation by any other doctor. Poor excuses made by the Men’s Health Clinic.

As far as hydration is concerned; I followed the so called clinic’s instructions completely.

I had the first appointment of the day, the bodybuilder who called himself a doctor; was the only person present in the ground floor outbuilding looking like an annex to a residential house in the middle of nowhere.

He was doing some tidying up in his office, asked me to wait until he finished, he then asked me to sit in front of his office desk & started talking blood from my arm.

He just threw the blood samples on his desk.
It is more like an office than a clinic.

In my opinion that business model is based on making money by simply taking a blood samples & it has nothing to do with men’s health.

I AM STILL VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MY SAFETY, HEALTH & WELL BEING DUE TO ATTENDING THE MEN’s HEALTH CLINIC.

From initial phone call to in clinic visit, the service I've received from TMHC is absolutely top notch. The kindness and consideration I've recieved from Dr Stevens and his team are one of the reasons TMHC is the best you can get

By far the best customer experience and I mean overall not just with doctors. The whole Team at TMHC is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
It was after being told that “we don’t know whats going on, everything should be fine, don’t worry too much” by GP and local endocrinologist I decided to try TMHC and got clarity straight away.
Dr. Stevens really promotes healthy lifestyle and does it with much more confidence than any GP I have met so far. Happy to take control back of being healthy and earn the reward!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, but honestly, I've been so busy enjoying my new lease on life that I couldn't find the time! The Men's Health Clinic, led by the no-nonsense and straight-talking Dr. Steven and his amazing team, has quite literally transformed my life. I know it might sound like a cliché, but it's true!

For seven long years, I battled with the NHS, trying to find a solution to my testosterone issues. It was a frustrating and emotionally draining experience, but then I stumbled upon The Men's Health Clinic. From day one, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Steven and his team not only understood my concerns but provided the most effective treatment plan that helped me regain control of my life.
