They sell illegal hacked programs in a legal way !
They sell hacked programs in a "legal" way, but don't provide any extra services.
I bought Avada and Elementor on their website as it was supposed to be interesting regarding prices but what i discovered is that they used hacked version you can find on torrent, remove the malicious code inside (i had security problems with avada), but then, you cannot update anything directly from the app on wordpress. You have to come back on themeprice to download their last version.
Of course as it's cheap, no one will say anything and complain because they will lose "only" 4$ for a theme. But if you multiply by the number of people who are scammed, they earn a lot of money. Their customer service is suspicious by the way when you ask them about their products. They say that it's works fine although it doesn't. They don't want to refund, and they keep claiming that they are legitimate to sell those products at this price, what is totally wrong of course.
You will have a receipt with your payment, but don't expect them to bring full support. I then came to Elementor website to buy a legal version and everything including updates and templates downloads work fine, and their customer service is over the top !
Run far away from theme price or you'll get serious problems with your website.

No updates, no support, and fake nulled plugins and themes already reported to the original authors. I know I know they will reply as "your account is not there, this is fake account blah blah.
