The advertising may not be clear enough about the product you buy. You should read the online doc in detail before buying. It's available on envato themeforest market place advertising.

I'm a systems librarian with over 20 years of experience in web development before becoming a librarian and the ThemeRex library theme Scientia is horribly flawed. You can tell they did not consult Librarians before they built it. ThemeRex has over-engineered this theme with wp-bakery, layout, and grid plugins that actually make it harder to customize than easier. They then offer a customization service but they declined to make the customizations I want and need. I've spent weeks trying to customize two headers with ThemeRex's standard tech support and it should only have taken me a half-day tops to set up. The header is still not functioning the way I want it and I will have to code new headers from scratch because it is easier to do that than trying to use their wp-bakery set-up. So far this theme has caused me to waste a lot of time and I regret buying it especially after reading below that their themes also have security issues.

Great website template but better customer service updating my colors and content. Amy and her developer were extremely attentive and prompt at modifying our new website. Definitely the best experience I have had over the past 20 years with launching a business website. I totally recommend ThemeRex and especially Amy.

I bought pixify theme for another project and decided to use ThemeRex to customize pixify for another project.
The process was clear and on time! The developers and the project managers were very responsive.

Support was excellent and nothing was any trouble as my query was over a couple of different departments. I would recommend this company for website support and will be purchasing further word-press themes from them

Both of the websites I purchased from ThemeRex have been hacked using SQL injection creating an admin user. There are no other plugins outside of the ones that the WordPress theme installed. I have hundreds of other clients that have never been hacked EVER, yet both of the ThemeRex WordPress sites I am hosting are getting hacked on a quarterly basis. Not to mention their themes get HORRIBLE Google PageSpeed Insights score.

I have essentially blacklisted this author as they simply are incapable of building secure WordPress themes. This is a legit experience from someone who has been developing websites since 1998.

the theme is not working. many fatal errors. after 6 days with support. the technician asks me PHP 7.4 because not compatible with PHP8. Still does not work, I request reimbursement for security breach and incompatibility. Request refused, because the theme and according to them compatible !!
