I activated a site that has not been updated for a few years. After updating the Themify Ultra theme there was nothing broken and just a few things to clean up from the newer code. Support responded right away and helped even though the site is offline and they couldn't see it. Also I have the lifetime plan and they have never charged for anything even though it has been so long. Rock solid builds and responsive support, highly recommended.

I had an issue where the Builder Pro was stuck on the loading screen and wouldn't open. The Themify support team was incredibly helpful — they responded quickly, guided me through the exact steps, and helped identify a server-level conflict (mod_pagespeed). Once I removed it, everything worked perfectly again.

This is by far the best Helpdesk online service I've experienced. Always helpful, always fund a way to solve my problems. Really nothing to add, except that many companies ask you to pay for worse service than that.

I've been using Themify for 5 years now and I even left at some point but I'm glad I'm back. It's a lightweight theme easy to work with and it's always fast. I like how simple it is to rank websites with Themify as well.

I have Themify themes for at least 10 years; they are great and customizable.
Recently, I even got their lifetime subscription to get all themes and plugins. They are wonderful. I am implementing the Ultra theme in some of my projects, and it seems a powerful theme and theme builder.
