I placed two (2) Iron Maiden pre-orders in December of 2021 and have NOT received any items. And they've NOT provided me any updates. They received their upfront payment and provided nothing in return.

Never received my order twice
Ordered and never received item. Customer support was super nice and refunded me AND gave me a gift card to the site. Unfortunately their kindness was, while greatly appreciated, irrelevant since the second order I placed, with the gift card, ALSO never arrived. Never using this site again.

Took a year from the date I ordered till I received my order. In that time I had sold off my entire collection and now I’m stuck with sodas that I no longer collect. I would never recommend someone purchasing from this company.
