Excellent service

They have a wide variety of formulas to choose from and the website is easy to understand and follow. I messed up on my address because I recently moved, but their help desk was able to help me out quickly and it did not delay my order.

The worst

Literally, the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Not only was my shipment three weeks out but when it finally arrived, I had a damaged can. They said, don’t worry the can will be fine even though they have spoilage issues, and who wants to give their two month old baby spoiled food? They offered a two dollar refund what a joke that was.

Amazing experience

I ordered kendamil organic stage 1 6 cans and paid for expedited handling. I placed an order on Sunday and received my order here in USA from UK on Wednesday. Very impressed with the service. I will definitely be using them again

Great that there is a european made…

Great that there is a european made formula from this site and it can be shipped to the USA, however the shipping is alot and even if you chose expedited and pay more it arrives at the same time-5 days. I found a site that ships for free and you get 2 cans.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Formula was shipped out, July 24 and lost in transit. Customer service refused to look into it. Had to file a claim on PayPal to get my money back. When I waited the full 30 days for a refund, they told me to cancel my charge back, which I never did and to cancel my claim with PayPal and then they would give me my money back. So fraudulent. I reported them to PayPal, so PayPal was aware of how they were conducting business. I hope they lose their ability to sell items through PayPal. I’m sure the only positive reviews on here are from their own company representatives.

sold me product that was out of stock w no communication

They let me place order and when I emailed days later asking when it would ship, they told me it was out of stock and would ship when in stock, date unknown. How could they let me order the product and not even tell me the formula was out of stock until I emailed them?!

Edit- to make matters worse, they want to charge me a 3% cancellation penalty on my refund! As if this was my fault for being sold an essential product they didn’t have and didn’t communicate.

Great Delivery and In-stock HIPP Formula

I exclusively breastfed my baby for 4 months and was looking for the closest formula to mother's milk. Milkybox was an answer to providing access to HIPP Dutch Goat Milk. Delivery was on-time and product was always available, I never run out of formula for my baby and I trust that the product I'm getting is authentic.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I order 3 canisters of formula to later find out it’s out of stock nationwide. On top of it I wasn’t notified by them I found out that information on my own. Even after 10 emails back and forth they still wouldn’t return my money even though they couldn’t fulfill my order. Instead they held on to it until it came back in stock. Due to their dishonest business practices I was forced to buy a cheap, non organic brand in the mean time. Order from Organic Life Start instead, they’re fast, transparent and trustworthy.

It took a month to get my order with no communication that there was a delay ahead of time. I had no warning that I would have to find another way to feed my child and it left me scrambling
