Accessibility considerations missed the mark
I really like the concept of this tool, the questions are fantastic and very easy to relate to.
However, unfortunately the workbook it’s not user friendly. I gave up in the end unable to complete on my phone.
The fact that you have to do all the calculating of marks which then doesn’t prefill into the overall test results page did not create a good user experience.
As someone who is already considered to be neurodiverse as dyslexic, I would not consider this document to be accessible.
As research shows strong comorbidity for ADHD and dyslexia this lack of consideration is disappointing.

Brilliant resource
Brilliant resource. Very insightful. Helpful to start the conversation with diagnosis. Thank you.
It was a really helpful workbook
It was a really helpful workbook, the only thing I wished for was more space for the "memory writing" parts because I couldn't fit in all my thoughts :)
Great
The self-assessment workbook has been incredibly helpful in helping me prepare for my official ADHD assessment.

The organisational printouts are very helpful.
I will be using these to help me keep on track and I appreciate the encouraging words on these.
The daily organiser 15 pages one doesn't open for me so if you could please re-send this it would be great.
I don't plan to pre-buy your book, however, once it is completed, i will surely buy this. I have found your instagram posts so crutial as i begin this journey of rediscovering myself and their playful look, kind words, and descriptive nature are so easy to read, follow, and accept.
Thank you very much. Glad you were recommended to me.

Really great tool
Really great tool to make me aware of ADHD symptoms and handy to fill out ready to give to doctors to make a diagnosis quicker. The infographics and extra information on the symptoms were also very helpful and easy to understand, since they come from someone with ADHD.
Really amazing workbook
Really amazing workbook, I didn’t get to use it for my ADHD diagnosis but it did help me understand the symptoms better.
Little sad
I was very excited to buy the guide, however downloading it was very complicated because I got an error when sending me where to download it, reading the QR code for my cell phone is complicated and the truth is that I feel sad about this bad experience. I hope these details can be improved and I would like a refund.

The best expense I’ve made this year!
The only thing I regret, is not knowing of this assessment tool any earlier. I took the test and was in tears, as some of the symptoms resonated to so much. The QR Code explanations were so useful! An amazing tool.
ADHD? At my age?
This was a great purchase! It helped me to learn more about myself and my symptoms so that I can discuss further with my doctor. It was really an eye opener because I never thought I would have adult ADHD.
SO HELPFUL!!!
If you’ve been seeing posts and relating to them and keep wondering if this could be you… TAKE THE QUIZ AND GET THIS WORKBOOK!!!! SO SO SO HELPFUL!! So many great examples that got me thinking about other examples plus tools that I have yet to explore but I’m sure are wonderful too!!! Thank you, Alice!!

Living and Feeling Alone Without Realising My ADHD
I was diagnosed at age 28. Just a few months ago. Then while I was searching more info about my diagnosis, I saw your book and instagram page. Which made me realize I am not alone. I felt alone because I have been missing the whole point, which was understanding my brain. My brain felt like a stranger to me for so long, that was why I was feeling lonely all time. Now that I know my brain’s traits and how to work with that not AGAINST that. I felt like a whole inside, then it shined outside. I am happy again not frustrated, because now when I feel uneasiness, I don’t get angry and ask myself why. I know why, and it is okay. That was all I asked for my life. Thank you for being so openly talking about your and other ADHD people’s struggles. It really is much appreciated.
INCREDIBLE!!!
It’s helping me function so much better, as well as making me feel prepared to talk to my doctors about a diagnosis, thank you so much!
Highly recommend
Alice was responsive and helpful. The tools provided are super user friendly and provide an uncomplicated way to learn about a complicated diagnosis.
EBook needs improvement
Except for the actual eBook, everything was great.
The eBook is unfortunatly very poorly formatted, has spelling errors and is very repetitive.

I am on my journey discovering what may be ADHD. This workbook explained things so well but also made me feel heard.
