After ordering a sofa bed and chair back in May the chair arrived badly broken. Since then I have messaged, email, WhatsApp and phoned only to be hung up on. They promised a replacement but never have, I have screenshots of all messages / contact with them . I'm £200 out of pocket and my terminal ill father without his furniture. These are a rip off company and should be avoided at all costs.

Please stay far away from this company as they are liars and scammers! I bought a bed frame from them and they sent me a faulty headboard and the bed base did not match or look like the description ordered. Also the bed base doesn’t fit the headboard. They told me they would replace this for me but kept stringing me along for weeks. I’ve been without a bed for two weeks because of them. I’ve been calling them and messaging them for a full week every day to get this rectified and they kept telling me they would send a new delivery and kept letting me down, after I had to stay home two days waiting on a replacement delivery that never arrived. I then demanded a refund and they then blocked me from their telephone and what’s app. STAY CLEAR!!! They have no registered address on their site or vat details which rings alarm bells, as you cannot trace them. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before dealing with these guys! I’m taking them to Court as I have asked my solicitor to do some digging and found their Details. Thieves and nothing but!!!!

Scam of a company. They supply broken and bad products. I ordered a wardrobe from them and it arrived with the mirrors broken. They assured me that they will replace the broken mirrors.

I had already paid for the item. But when their delivery driver came to deliver, they made me pay again claiming that they will refund me the first payment.

After that i started calling them to chase it up, and they kept lying that they have refunded me. and when i asked them to send me proof of refund they stopped picking my calls and even blocked me on whatsapp

Stay away from this company as they supply very low quality and broken furniture from China.

I have bought one dinning table and six chair from this company. This company quaranty that it comes with 1 year replacement warranty. After I got this delivery, I found that there is at least three big gaps on the table. Also, there are two screws cannot be fit into the leg of the table. Then, there may have safety problem of the table.
