Frank was a life saver. He went above and beyond to get our tickets in order, to the point where he stayed behind after work and even managed to help me over the weekend to make sure our trip was on schedule. I was beyond myself in regard to his efforts and kindness. I have worked in the aviation industry for many years and Frank’s exceptional service puts him at the top of my list. I will definitely be calling him for my future travel needs. Thank you Frank! You are godsend.

Mike is my travel agent who went above and beyond to accommodate my trip. With a last minute flight change, he made sure to find the new flight right away. He was very quick with responding and providing the updated itinerary! We can’t wait to fly first class. Mike will be my go to person for future trips!!

Leroy J. gave exceptional customer care and service to every detail of my 83 yr old cousin's trip to the Philippines. He obtained wheelchair assistance and checked every detail such as not only needing a passport and visa but had to have a hotel booked ahead of time for quarantine when arriving there, and assisted with that booking too. He was available any time I called with questions, or promptly returned my call. He checked to be sure my cousin made all his flights ok and called me to let me know due to my cousin unable to operate a cell phone and didn’t take one with, so I am only able to contact him once he arrives via friends and messenger. He went over and above to be sure my cousin had a safe flight and arrival. I really appreciate how well he took care of everything for us. He deserves a bonus! :)

Leroy was our travel advisor and his attention to details and caring attitude assured me and my 2 travel companions the best travel experience EVER. Leroy worked tirelessly to make sure we had the adventure we desired and he checked in on us quite often to make sure everything was going as planned. I highly recommend Leroy for all travel plans; he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely a one-of-a-kind. I will definitely contact Leroy for all future travel plans.
