Teon at Lendese helped with our first mortgage and we cannot fault his service. Lendese helped us understand what was going on and made the whole process very straightforward for us - someone was always at the end of the phone to answer our many questions too! A very smooth and hassle free experience. Phoebe from start to finish was amazing and helped me understand the process. As a first time buyer it was quite daunting and worrying what I was signing up for but everything was laid out and explained to me and the advice/support was really encouraging and put me at ease. I never had to chase an update they were extremely proactive at keeping me informed at every step. I also really appreciated if Phoebe was away somebody else in the office was able to take over if needed and contact me. I am now in my new home and wanted to thank you for a really positive start to it all!

Lendese are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful which can be quite rare these days. Definitely consider them when going for a new mortgage or renewal as you won’t be disappointed.

Great personable experience- I didn’t have much knowledge in the process but everything was explained to me at every step , even though I didn’t have to do much myself- they took care of everything and made the process so simple and smooth.

poor mortgage advice from phoebe .
lost around 70k on potential sale .
became very pushy in trying to get us to buy protection insurance ect . approached another solicitor for my daughter with out her consent
obviously looking at other reviews ours went very wrong . our solicitors questioned her on many occasions and was told this was correct way of doing it WRONG !
instead of selling my house and only having mortgage for 6years had to borrow double and pay it back for 12years !!! not happy

Teon and Phoebe were amazing throughout the process of selling and buying our property. They explained everything thoroughly to ensure we fully understood our mortgage and insurances.
