Tiny detail but it's a huge irritation when the zip is done badly. I always check that part first and I've never had any issues here.

The item itself was fine but I changed my mind about the colour once I saw it at home. Dealing with that was simple enough and I got the version I wanted.

Finding a helmet that doesn't turn putting my glasses on into a five-minute wrestling match is a win. Much happier with this setup.

This must be a scam website. Ordered bike lock but it never came. Was unable to get in contact with anyone. DO NOT buy from here

This is a pathetic company. does not give any option to contact other than leaving offline message and no one replies. i have been waiting for my refund for over 1 month and left dozens of offline messages without receiving a single reply. I am going to report them to amazon as well.

Awful company, ordered a jacket a week ago, had order confirmation email and then nothing. Emailed and used the chat at the bottom of the website but still nothing.
And now the website is down. Avoid at all costs!!

one week I bought one chain set for my bike, still not shipped to me ,I contacted customer service but forget about that not ANSWERING never reply. Not phone number just a email. Lose my money.

Ordered 2 disc locks on 5/5/21 and got initial email confirmation. Money taken straight away, then nothing… After I emailed 5-6 times and threatened legal action to get my money back, received minimal apology response email saying locks now in the post. Arrived today thankfully! Items came from ‘Amazon’ in 2 different parcels?! Not from TMGS.com. No invoice provided or delivery/courier info. POOR SERVICE. No way to run a business…

Ordered a new helmet on the 8/5 and other than a purchase receipt I've heard nothing else. Usual story of 3-5 days for delivery, tomorrow is 10 days. I've sent 3 emails, no reply and I've given them 48 hours to respond or I'm recalling the funds through my credit card company. They have until tomorrow to pull their finger out. Shame really, but when something appears to be too good to be true, then it really is. Think I'll stick with sportsbike shop from now on as they are fantastic. Load of rubbish.

I won't go into the 12 emails I sent to this company. Needless to say delivery was 3 to 5 days. No update on day 8, day 12 informed that the jacket had not left from, somewhere abroad! So 15 days after purchase, no jacket and requested a full refund. To be fair to the company they offered 15% off my next purchase, which made me laugh.. like I will ever bother with them again. Do not buy from this site if you expect your goods to come on time or even at all!

Awful site ordered a disc lock three weeks ago no tracking still haven’t received the product sent an email to them to make them aware no reply.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Am still waiting for a refund on a botched order from several weeks ago. No reply to recent emails whatsoever. Best avoided!

Ordered a Blu Tooth Comms set for my helmet, informed 3-5 working days but no goods. No tracking info provided so can't track in 'Shop App', effectiely blind.
Tried to contact Support email address multiple times no response to date and can't find a telephone number for them, not impressed!
This is the first time I've used them, definitely the last.

A little worried due to reviews and first email asking my size even though it was on the order but I got tracking info and my new lid arrived. Response can be a little slow but think it’s only one person replying so guess they do as fast as they can and mistakes do happen. But all in all I was happy with delivery time and my new helmet. Thank you

27/2-21 Ordered a Alpinestars pants but have not got anything yet. Got a message (from California) that i will get a tracking ID when the package is shipped. After a while i asked the support how it's going and they told me the package is delivered. Got suspicious and asked to cancle the order but got answer that i could return it once i have recived it. My thought is, i'm a ever going to recive the product.... Well about 350 Euros to some scammer, we will find out, if get the product i will write about it.

9/3-21 Update:
Have got a tracking ID for the package now, so something is actually on it's way.

11/3-21 Update:
Got the package, open it, wrong product. They have sent me another model from Alpinestars.
So now i will se if i can return it.

I have been reading a lot of review here from TheMotorCycleGearShop.com and a lot of people have got the same issue.
And I would like to think that all the good reviews acually are from the owner in diffrent names.

SO DONT BUY HERE, GO ANYWERE ELSE AND PAY A BIT MORE TO GET THE REAL PRODUCT THAT YOU WANTED TO BUY.
