Brought a 2016 motorhome from this company in March this year, using the majority of our life savings, big decision considering we are pensioner and one of us is disabled.
Due to the disability it was not feasible to keep the van so we decided to sell it. Well what an eye opener that was. Apparently at the time we brought it, the van had 70% water ingress and damp, by August it had 90% water ingress and damp. We were given a habitation report at time of purchase but made the stupid mistake of believing they were a trusted dealer and so saw no reason the check it, not that we would have known what we were looking for. Trusted dealer like hell.Of course this reflected in the value of the motorhome greatly and we sent TMD an email asking for their comments, needless to say we were completely ignored. How unprofessional is that. I advise you don’t touch them with a barge pole. Not a reputable company at all. I would have chosen to given them minus stars if I could.

WOW how times have changed this company ! Purchased a new M/H from them in 2017 ,family run every thing was fine , NOT now !
A few weeks ago I called for a quote for a repair ,after some time heard nothing , called was told the person you spoke to has left but my details was still in the system ,they hadnt bothered to follow it up ! Spoke to some one new ,told he would call me .Seven days later still waiting ! Called the owner who past it to someone else .Still nothing....Called again asked the person was going to call me why he hadn’t following complete disinterest ,he said I thought one of the girls rang me ,no ,no follow up ! Phoned him again was told he wasn’t available but would get him to call me ,guess what he didn’t . So phoned the owner ,told he would call me ,guess what still waiting .
Customer good will no longer applies to this company .Selling so many at the moment do not bother with lost future business.
Good times will not last forever ,need to be mindful of looking after the ones you have on the way up because you may need them on the way down .
They have lost me for ever and I will tell others .
