I love my motorlens

I love my motorlens, it makes my pictures come out very clean without having to buy an expensive camera. great product, slow shipping to texas but great customer service and great packaging. kept me up to date with every shipping detail.

I had a very similar experience - Engagement Farming

I had a very similar experience to other reviewers. Motorlens ran a TikTok promotion promising a free polarising lens if certain conditions were met. I followed the requirements exactly.

When it came time for the business to proceed with the promise, the situation was dismissed, communication stopped, and I was ignored rather than the issue being resolved.

I also know of others who experienced the same thing, which suggests this isn’t a singular incident. I’m leaving this review so others are aware before engaging with similar promotions.

Engagement Farmers and Misinformation

This company promised people that if some steps were followed, a product will be given to them.

After the steps were completed, all people who participated were ignored or told a blatant lie in replies.

Later on, I personally negotiated with the owner hoping things will get resolved and was told the product will be shipped next week. A week later, no update and messages are being ignored ONCE again.

Please don't engage with this company content wise or overall.

Ordered not received and no response

Order placed on Monday, still not received and now it’s Friday, even though paid delivery says 48hrs. Multiple emails sent chasing for an update and no response at all. Tracking just says still awaiting details. Would like to know what’s going on with the order. No communication at all at the moment.

SCAM!!

I ordered lenses on 19.11.2025 and it's been almost 2 months but still haven't received it. In this period there was only 1 answer from their support.

This company is a JOKE and DO NOT buy from them!!

Still not got my lens

I did order it 20 November and I still don’t got the lens it was a birthday present and now I’m to late thanks! And if I send a email to this company I only get a ai talking back to me and I still don’t got my lens

The lens needs to be good otherwise I hope they send back my money damm…

Great lens!

Great lens, really brings out the colour on cars when shooting on my iPhone. I’ve tried several filters for iPhone’s and this is by far the best i’ve owned. Case is also nice!

A must for car enthusiasts doing videos on their iPhone or Camera if you want to remove unwanted reflections and improve the focus’s colour.

Actually gutted to be writing this…

Actually gutted to be writing this after seeing so many positive ads and videos online. Received my lens but it was just a piece of glass on the lens no polarising effect whatsoever. I’ve emailed twice - their support email does not work. I’ve also sent a message through their website, no response and I am left with a faulty package.

A big shame really.

Hey Adrian, your order won’t be faulty! When you receive your MotorLens, you must rotate the end of the lens once it’s on your camera to adjust the polarisation. If you clip it on straight out of the box, it’s unlikely it’ll be set up correctly for your current lighting situation. That’s why in all of our videos, you can see us rotate the lens to change the polarisation. We 100% guarantee your order isn’t faulty, this is a common misconception we get from customers. Put the lens over your phone camera, find any car and stand in front of it, open the camera app and slowly twist the end of your lens to see the difference it makes. If you can email us directly at support@themotorlens.com, one of the team will talk you through it 1 to 1 and give you some help. We’ve checked our support@themotorlens.com inbox and can’t find anything from a person called Adrian, same with our IG DM’s! Alternatively, you can email the director of the company at dan@themotorlens.com - he is happy to help you personally and get this resolved so you can hopefully update this review to a positive one! 😅

Shocked how good it is 😀😀

So I ordered a motorlens CPL Filter lens to be find out that it was out of stock and a pre-order i was worried that it wouldn't come for Gravity and the Thursday before Gravity it arrived 😀 then I seen how it worked amazing the quailty of photos due to the performance of the lens is amazing. And £25 now ive used it seems way toocheap.

I haven't received my package and it's been a week since I ordered it and my friend has received his and me and him were going to a car show but hadn't received my lens on time so it was a bit sad. I think I didn't receive my package and my mom emailed them so yeah, give it 2-3 more days

When I received my item I was very excited but after using it a couple of times, it is the most over rated disappointing item I have bought, yes it gets rid of sun glare and adds a distinct multicolour to the light lenses that is it

Great product

Great product! I bought a polariser for both my phone and camera, and they both have helped massively with my photography and videography and would highly recommend to any car photographers/videographers out there.
