So pleased with this site. The customer service was impressive with a swift call back and full explanation of how the conveyancing would progress. The price point was a third of that quoted by a local solicitor; what's not to like??!

Sorry to say that The moving hub has been nothing short of a disappointment for me. I asked them to confirm if they could handle my situation and was assured that all was fine. They speedily too £210 from me, then a week later stated that they could not help. They promised to refund the monies paid and I have been chasing. First the account was wrong but for the past two weeks they have just done nothing. Quick to take your money, not quick to refund when they are wrong. I dont see why I should have to continually chase when I made sure to specify my requirements upfront.

This is the third time I’ve used Convey Law to buy and sell property within the last 6 months. I have dealt with a different lawyer on each occasion and have been as equally impressed with their customer focussed service. Efficient, responsive, excellent use of technology to speed along the process and the cheapest provider I could find. Far better than the more traditional firms I used to use.

Initially seem very efficient however they act as a middleman so you have no idea who they are then going to pass the job on to. The reviews for the firm they introduced are either a) appalling or b) obviously fake but apparently it's the only one that was available. The AML fees they charge are excessive and if you cancel they want to retain a fee despite not having done anything and being unable to provide the service advertised. As they offer a £15 M&S voucher for 5* reviews days after you've appointed them don't take too much notice of them - most people would only just be at the very start of the journey....

All went pretty smoothly. Easy to work with.

Really efficient service with competitive pricing. No hidden costs in the small print which I found other companies that quoted me were doing to appear cheaper. Thank you for a great service
