Misleading shipping times and terrible customer service
Just another internet arbitrage vendor with a flashy website and no sense of mission or customer service. I ordered a dryer part that they said could get to me in two days which earned my business even though price was higher than market average. Two days became seven days, then a typo in their label made the item undeliverable and returned.
I informed them (which was disappointing that they weren’t more proactive) and they shrugged off responsibility and gave me the phone number for the post office. All further outreach was ignored.

Ordered $80 worth of parts never arrived after 2 weeks! Emailed customer service who sent a pic of someone else's porch claiming it was delivered and more or less said sorry about your luck! However usps shows the tracking as a problem with the shipping and still traveling....SCAM

This is SCAM VENDOR... LOOK at website, supposedly have London address, but says phone is not working. They will NOT respond to emails. Ordered what they represented as genuine LG part, they had another Amazon vendor send cheap Chinese knock off. AVOID THIS SCAM VENDOR AT ALL COSTS
