I have subscribed to The Mudgarden in some way. There was a deduction on my bank account, and I was not aware exactly what it was for. I normally send unknown emails to spam. I checked my spam and eminently contacted them, and Josef assisted me. He was very kind and helpful and assured me that my account would be canceled and that I would receive a refund.
