My fiancée and I stayed at Fairmont Hotel Macdonald for our fifth anniversary weekend, and the entire experience was incredible from beginning to end.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Check-in was incredibly quick and seamless; the hotel was beautiful, and our room was gorgeous. When we entered the room, we were surprised by a welcome letter from Fairmont and The Munro Collection wishing us a happy anniversary, along with a bottle of prosecco. It was such a thoughtful way to start the weekend.
Terrance from The Munro Collection had also arranged complimentary breakfast for each morning of our stay, a $100 USD hotel credit, and a welcome amenity that was absolutely delicious. Every little detail made the stay feel incredibly special and personal.
The rest of our anniversary weekend was just as memorable. Terrance arranged floor tickets for us to see Jimmy Carr on Friday night, followed by front-row tickets for the Battle of Alberta on Saturday. Before the game, he also arranged our reservation at Studio 99, where the entire team was fantastic. The hospitality was exceptional; we were welcomed with complimentary glasses of prosecco, and the buffet was amazing.
The Fairmont Macdonald team went above and beyond throughout our stay, and the level of service and hospitality made the entire weekend feel truly special.
A huge thank you to The Munro Collection, the entire Fairmont Hotel Macdonald team, and the staff at Studio 99 for making our fifth anniversary weekend more memorable than we could have imagined. It was an incredible experience that we will remember for a very long time.
