Loved my nails I brought multiple sets would defo recommend as I've ordered many times before. Never been let down and understand covid may have affected delivery times.

I ordered my nails over a month ago could be 2 months and still nothing!! I’ve emailed them I don’t know how many times asking where my nails are and requesting my money back and nothing!!
Avoid at all cost.

Quite concerned now as I ordered from this company last year (November 2020) and I received my nails in just over a week taking into account the reduced Royal Mail service. But two days ago I noticed the website had disappeared and I haven’t received any tracking information yet and it’s been a week since I ordered. Emailed and I still haven’t got any information. I just checked the website again and it’s back up? I’ve seen a local news report about it being investigated for fraud?

Wish I had done some research on this company before ordering! Ordered 25/03 and item never arrived, no response to emails and website is now offline. Reported to Action Fraud and raised credit card payment dispute.

Absolutely disgusting human being, fooled me twice and no response which is a shame because the nails she actually decided to send to a friend of mine were lovely! But this person has taken £2,716 from an account instead of £16!!! Currently working with police on this but have just found out whose involved so hopefully they will have a shock tomorrow! Please do not buy from here, however friendly she appears to be by sending nice emails regarding purchases!

If I could’ve given a zero I would!! This company is scamming people out of their hard earned cash! I have reported them to the Shopify platform on which they use to sell their products. They are going to investigate & remove if found to be scamming people. As others have said in their reviews, no matter how many emails I’ve sent & commented on their Instagram account they have blatantly ignored them. They even have the cheek to send me promotional emails 😡 Already taking this up with my bank to try & get funds back & reporting to Trading Standards for them to investigate. I urge everyone to do the same if they’ve been scammed by this company. These low life companies have to be stopped !!

Ordered on 10th of February still not recieved despite listings saying ‘ready to ship’. No response to multiple emails. I have also since seen the same images used on their website on other much cheaper sites like AliExpress which ships direct from China. Much cheaper and orders from there actually arrive. Don’t waste your money with these guys.

Ordered 16/12/2020. Sent ridiculous amounts of emails and no response..the worst company. DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF MONEY

Ok .. .. so like all other reviewers I should of done du diligence before ordered .. So ordered jan arrived few days ago .. nearly 8 weeks later .. the imagery used and what I thought .. I was ordering was not what arrived ! I paid £16 for nails I could get 16 packets in Poundland! SHOCKING SO I put a “set” on within 2 hours coming off .. SAVE YOUR ££ Wait for nail bars to be open or if you can’t head to Poundland 👍

Shocking company- do not buy from them- it’s a scam. Ordered nails 5 weeks ago, should of looked at reviews. No answer to emails or texts. Shocking!!!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Still not arrived. 4 emails sent but got no response. Lesson learnt!!! Scammers. I have a funny feeling this is someone working out of china but clearly doesn't state this. Reported to facebook as well but they never take action.

Please be careful when purchasing items from this person! She has stolen money from me!
