The National Builders Roofing Company

The National Builders have different contracting services. This one was for Roofing Services for Houston, Texas. They operate both in Dallas and in Houston, Texas. The company is unprofessional and is basically just contractors that come together to do a job. The contractors are not licensed and can do a sloppy job. They basically hire a roofing crew to come out and do a job and leave the same day. We had to call them back out at least 5 times after they put a new roof on our home. Because of leaks, wind blowing, bad paint, inconsistencies, etc. Save yourself a headache. DO NOT USE

The customer service team is excellent

The customer service team is excellent, They explained every detail to me and answered any questions that I had. Mr.Juan and Mr.Mendez are truly a Blessing, I am truly Grateful and Appreciate the both of them. The team was very polite and they did a Great Job! Five Stars🙏!
