Fantastic Products and Exceptional Customer Service

The New England Trading Company not only sells beautiful products, but their customer service is exceptional. When I needed to reach out because part of my order had not arrived, they responded in a matter of minutes and went about correcting the issue. I emailed with customer service one more time after that and again they responded quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled with my lobster rope mat and highly recommend this company. I will 100% be ordering from them again in the future.
