Product not received

I have decided to update my review, from a previous 1 star to a 2 star.

Reasons for such low rating has to do with the company not able to find my order using my personal details when I couldnt find my order number, even though I provided them with my bank statement screenshot of purchase, the delivery address, my full details and they still didnt seem to have anyway of finding my order.

Although their page states delivery within 5 to 7 days, 3 weeks later I still had not received my order hence why I contacted them, even though they couldnt find my parcel I think the company could have done something different to support its customer, but instead I was messaged back due to my previous review to tell me they honestly couldnt find it but still no solution.

All in all, I thought I had lost my money and no product.

But today I received my package, and the product seems of good quality, I also understood I had used an old email hence why I couldnt find my order number.

As stated before, I gave them low ratings due to its handling of the issue.

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles. From the beginning (28th November) the date at which we i placed my order, to now, all I’ve had is rubbish responses as to where by order is. It’s apparently stuck with royal mail, although sent under 48 hour tracked postage, it’s miraculously disappeared. Useless company and now my son hasn’t got his birthday football shirt in time. I’m done with these guys, after being asked to ‘calm down bro’ over IG messages, I tried to send an email today and it’s bounced back. No alternative but to blast on here. Wish someone would help with my order but I’m being fobbed off yet again. Looks like others are having similar problems with this company

23/12/25- it’s now been 1 month since order. No tracking available and no update as to my shirt ordered. Missed my son’s birthday and now Xmas. Not good

BE AWARE - NO UPDATED TRACKING - NO ORDER

19/12 Still No PARCEL! 25 Days since I placed the order and now a few days from Christmas with no present for my daughter. Appalling company who don’t care! Just contacted my payment provider and got refunded as NK didn’t respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order on 24/11. Received no tracking information so had to chase it as they were very slow to dispatch. I got the tracking number which is a Royal Mail number but they haven’t got it yet. We are now 18 days later and still no updates on Royal Mail and no sign of delivery. I did contact New Kits again and they screen shot and sent me some tracking information saying it was on a flight and then at customs but I questioned this as FAKE as they will not provide me with the website they are tracking it on, I have asked numerous times for this information but still waiting. I have done a Universal Tracking but it doesn’t show up anywhere, it just states RM are waiting for it so where this information they provided comes from I am still waiting to find out. They also said Royal Mail may have the parcel and just deliver it as tracking isn’t updated which is rubbish because as soon as RM get a parcel it is scanned if its tracked which is what it states it is. I am very disappointed with the service received and I seemed to be getting fobbed off at every opportunity. Please be aware before you buy.

Ok, lets answer the “inaccuracy’s” they are quoting I have made.

I never said I didn’t get updates. I chased the item with NK as no tracking updates were available with the details they sent me. I received 2 screenshots from them so I asked for the information which had enabled them to send me the Airport & Customs update and after asking multiple times I haven’t received it so thats why I think I am being misled with Fake information. The other replies were to tell me to continue waiting and then wait until the end of the week. I have and no updates still!

NK have every control on how they choose to mail a parcel as they select the postage. The item was purchased on 24/11 so blaming Christmas Delays as they are now if it was sent without delay it would have avoided this.

Like with most international parcels they are given a different tracking number then eventually given the UK one when it gets to the UK. I have seen this so many times when you get an international parcel and the other tracking numbers are visible but stating RM have it is incorrect as it states on RM website now 13/12 as it has since the 27/11 “We’re expecting it!”.

I was fobbed off as I would go a day or two with no response (ok they could be busy), but as soon as I put this on here I have had 4 emails from them and in each reply I have asked again for the tracking information they got the screenshots of my parcel from and again I haven’t received them. I have again tried universal tracking with the information they provided but nothing. So if the tracking information they have screenshot to me is legitimate why can’t I be provided with the information so I can track it?

We are now 19 days from purchase and the wait continues……
I stand by my comments and information provided!

We need to correct several inaccurate statements in this review.

Tracking updates were sent multiple times via email, including screenshots showing the parcel’s progress through international transit and customs. Claiming that no updates were provided is simply not true.

Once an order leaves our facility, we do not control carrier scanning times or delivery speed, especially during the Christmas peak period, when delays before Royal Mail’s first physical scan are common. This is clearly stated by Royal Mail themselves — tracked items can remain in a “waiting for item” status until they are received and processed at a UK hub.

The screenshots shared were system-generated transit updates, not “fake” information. Different logistics systems update at different stages, and not all of them are publicly visible on Royal Mail’s website until the parcel is handed over and scanned.

We are not a carrier, and we cannot force Royal Mail to scan or deliver faster. Suggesting otherwise shows a misunderstanding of how international shipping works.

At no point were you “fobbed off.” We replied, explained the situation clearly, and continued to assist. Posting a misleading review while the parcel is still in transit — during the busiest shipping period of the year — is unfair.

We stand by our service and the information provided.

Brilliant customer service responded…

Brilliant customer service responded quickly when I asked for an update. Good price especially since I couldn’t find the lfc kit anywhere else really.
The kit was authentic brand new clean and good quality and the numbering looks sturdy and not flaky (haven’t washed it yet). Service was fast even though it was shipped. Really happy with my shirt and can’t wait to wear it to Thursday 5 a side footie.

NewKits was easy to shop from simple site, fair prices, and the kit I ordered looked great. Delivery was a bit slow, but that was down to Royal Mail, not them. Overall, a smooth experience and solid quality.

I was wrong to doubt

Whilst I doubted that the shirts would be of quality for such a price I was proved wrong, the shirts are amazing . The postal / delivery was within two weeks so be patient , worth the wait and now I trust THE NEW KITS company

Fake Product & Delivery Issues

As many other reviews, it can takes ages to receive a delivery. When chased, the company send me the Royal Mail tracking which would only track the item upon the it arrives in the UK. Mine took months! The end up sending me two football boots size 10 and 11... and they bot were the same size when I try on.. the.n when compared the boots have many features that looks different! My conclusion, they are not genuine! I've email the company to return the item and I had noo reply! I'm sure they don't want to share their return address! Something smelling wrong here.

You did not contact us about this issue before leaving this review, so we were not given any opportunity to resolve it. In addition, the durability of patches depends heavily on how the item is washed (machine washing, high heat, or tumble drying can cause patches to come off).

If you experienced an issue, the correct step would have been to contact our support team with photos so we could assist. Making a recommendation not to buy without contacting us or providing details is misleading.

No refunds

Since they taken my review down I’ll right another one, I bought a pair of football boots which never once stated they where fake or as they like to say high quality remakes 😂 the boot is badly damaged with glue falling off the shoe yet i try to email them as there’s no other way to request a refund, and they do not respond in any helpful manner no Im not getting any response whatsoever and they will not let me refund something I have never used or warn.

We have not received any photos, videos, or evidence showing the alleged damage you mention, nor did you submit a return or refund request in line with our stated policy. Claims that we “do not respond” are also incorrect, as no valid support request with proof was received.

scam

Very bad website. I don't recommend buying. I've been waiting for almost two months for them to send me the tracking number, and no one has emailed me to tell me there's a delay with the shipment. It's a scam.

Never trust THE NEWKITS

I paid for express shipping – which was never delivered. THE NEWKITS refuses to issue a refund unless I remove my review. I have written proof of this (see their response).

This is not just poor service – it is an attempt to undermine Trustpilot as a platform.

Great quality

I’ve ordered from here 3/4 times now and every shirt I’ve ordered has been the best quality. Feels and looks like the real shirt everytime. Delivery time doesn’t take too long either compared to other sites.

Tried company again wrong items sent fail to reply ans site looks to be closed

firstly i would like to say that the products when they do arrive is excellent(i would give 5 stars for product alone) unfortunately the customer service and hadling has room for improvement
there seems to be some issues with correctly reading and understanding questions been asked of them and can sometimes send conflicting information which also adds to the confusion
responding can be inconsistant sometimes you get a response in an hour other times it can be over a week though the issues have taken longer to be resolved than expected they look to be close to completion
if my items arrive satisfactory and correctly i will re score the reveiw
they have also offered to send a free shirt of my choice due to the experience once again if this is honoured and carried out i will amend the reveiw accordingly
1 minor item i would also advise they look into is displaying on the shirt discription if it is a slim fit top or not as there is quite a size difference in the standard cut to slim fit so would give customers more valuable info
i have had a response with a resolution and they have agreed to send the incorrect item free of charge
i would give a 5 if next time the issues dont re occur
