I got this as an anniversary present for my best friend. She loved it and her partner did, too. They both cried. And I will say the Night's Sky team was very easy to work with when I had questions. In fact, I was so impressed I put in another order. Thanks, Night's Sky!

Hi Kristina,

We really appreciate your feedback.

First of all, everything is plastic. I paid extra for the “wood” frame but it’s not wood. The plastic on front also came scratched. I paid over $100 for something so cheap. Very upsetting.

Hi There,
We are so sorry that your framed print was damaged in transit.
Had you contacted us when you received it to allow us to resolve the issue we would have replaced or refunded the order on receipt of photos of the damage within 30 days of delivery.

The frame is made of wood.
You can read about the frame and professional framing service on the FAQS page of the website:

The idea is nice but honestly the frame is cheap and the placement in the frame is crooked. Which cannot be fixed because the frame is sealed. It was expensive for that. I’m not overly impressed with this purchase. The frame was also scratched. I’ve purchased before and had no issues so I expected more.
