Paid £330 for a custom bridal coat in a specific colour with the sleeves lengthened by 3 inches. The coat that turned up bore no resemblance to the pictures provided, and the arms had not been lengthened. I contacted seller to advise of this to be told that as it was a custom order they would not refund. Whilst I totally understand this, they did not fulfil their part of the contract as they did not provide sleeve the sleeve lengthening. Really upset and disappointed.

As of today, 4th November 2025, PayPal has reviewed your dispute and ruled in our favour, confirming the item was supplied as described. The design of our BubuKimono which you choose on your own accord -features elasticated cuffs, which naturally gather at the arm and may appear shorter depending on styling.
