Generally a very good idea. However lots to be desired.

Pros: teddy bear workshop, seeing Santa, engaging acts.

Cons: Charging extra for things such as virtual reality ride and the marshmallow roasting area, especially when it’s not advertised clearly, is wrong, especially when as a family of 4 we have already had to pay over £200.00.

Was also advised that at an extra cost of 20.00 two letter would be sent to my kids in advance. These were not delivered.

My advice: avoid or get the premium tickets.

Really enjoyed our day at North Pole experience.
Great santa- who already knew all our information from the online forms… which my son was amazed by!
Enjoyed the show and other activities, made more of an event of seeing Santa.

What a magical experience from start to finish.
We will be going again this year and I cannot wait as my 2 girls will be that bit older to enjoy even more.
Very thought out, thought it was a brilliant idea that my daughter could pick her present at the end, so she got what she would play with.
Costumes are fab
Everyone was in the Christmas spirit and very friendly
And a great traditional Father Christmas
Would highly recommend.
The only thing I would suggest would be to have Xmas themed food on offer at the cafe to enhance the experience.

Amazing! We had such a lovely magical time would recommend to anyone and suitable for all ages bringing that magic back to Christmas 🥰 loved it!

What an experience!!

We had such an amazing day at the North Pole Experience. Every detail from start to finish was well planned and organised, the actors were brilliant and even more so the staff from reception to the cafe were all so patient and kind with our boys. You will never find yourself being bored, there’s always something for you to do and lots of Christmas festivities in every section of the park.

I would 100% recommend this Christmas activity, it’s worth every penny seeing the excitement on your child’s face!

Fantastic value for money and an all round great day out for kids of all ages. Ice skating maybe better if was prebooked but not the end of the world it wasnt a long wait. Payment plan brilliant. Thankyou for a magical experience

Great day from start to finish, staff were brilliant, friendly and great with the kids, loved the bear assembly part, it's something I will always remember and I'm 70, my Grandson is 3 and couldn't believe it when he got to see Father Christmas at the very end, he was the real deal 😀

Overall we really enjoyed the experience. The reason for 4 stars was the first part where you do the letter writing felt really rushed. Also when going into Santa, there are 4 doors and each family line up behind a door and go in, to
Which my 5 year old asked if there was 4 santas and which was the real one. Needs slightly better layout I think. Definitely would go again though, it was beautiful and Santa was amazing.

We had the most magical time at the experience in the run up to christmas. We booked VIP and it was so worth it! The scenery was fantastic, the staff were incredible and there was so much to do. Ice skating was a lovely addition, as was the marshmallow toasting! It was the best Santa we’ve seen too! We didn't want to leave at the end! My daughter truly believed we were in the north pole. Thank you all so much!

We had the most magical trip visiting The North Pole Experience at Otterspool in December 2024. It was our first time visiting this attraction with our then 19 month old. The whole day was amazing and the attention to detail perfect. Our little boy couldn't believe his eyes when we walked into the first scene and there was a massive steam train!!! From making his own teddy bear to baking cookies with Mrs Claus it was wonderful. Obviously the highlight was meeting the big man himself who knew all about George and how much he wanted a "choo choo" for Christmas. He also loved George's fluffy coat and said it was perfect for the North Pole!! We had something to eat while waiting to meet Santa in the otterspool cafe which was great quality, good prices and the table etc were clean. Everyone we came into contact with kept the magic alive and couldn't do enough for us. We had already said it will be our new family tradition and can't wait to visit next year.

Great experience for 3-10 year olds. Fantastic experience to be able to ice skate not having to wait too long. Santa was really good realistic and didn't feel rushed. First part needs to be a little more interactive kids dancing or something as a few of the little ones got a little fed up. But overall great experience and we would love to go again ❤️

Unfortunately my day was cancelled due to storms beginning of December. The team kept me and my family upto date via email. I accepted a refund as dates available to rebook did not fit in with our day to day life. Such a shame !!. We didn't get to see the Big man himself but I will be rebooking this year. Fingers crossed all goes to plan.

The North Pole Experience.. magical experience! From start to finish, the interaction, set up, elves, shows were amazing and worked so well! All the activities including is worth the price you pay and the visit to Santa at the end is unreal!!! My boys faces were priceless and couldn’t believe they seen Santa 🎅 thankyou so much! Excited to come back again this year!

This experience is definitely the best Christmas experience I have ever done with my children. They literally thought we was in Lapland it was so magical and lots of detail had gone into this. Even down to the father Christmas he was amazing. Will definitely visit again at Christmas and would highly recommend it to anyone with children for Christmas. This experience offers everything other "lapland" experiences offer at a fraction of the price. Food is also amazing in the cafe. Well done Otterspool you never fail.

From the enchanting elf workshops and gingerbread decorating to the realistic Santa, every detail was perfect. My son, Finley, was completely captivated. The immersive atmosphere and variety of activities made it a truly special festive day out. Highly recommend booking in advance.
