We had a minor change that needed to be made to our invoice. Contacting support was quick, easy, and fast! Within minutes of sending my email, my problem had been resolved.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Outstanding Customer Support!
We had a minor change that needed to be made to our invoice. Contacting support was quick, easy, and fast! Within minutes of sending my email, my problem had been resolved.
I had an inquiry, which I honestly thought was a long shot—the employee who set up our account left, and I was hoping to transfer ownership. I sent an inquiry to support, and had a reply within an hour. After I followed up with the information they required, I had another email within the hour saying I was all set. Prompt, excellent service. Thank you!
I needed to make a change to my billing info. Customer support answered within 24 hours and gave very clear directions for accomplishing what I needed. This is how customer support should work! Kudos to the team!
I've used the Noun Project for over a decade now. Before NP, I'd plow through Google images to scrape together a few sample icons just to comp out a fast design idea, then "FPO" the whole thing, and eventually have to re-research icon sets to purchase a set that hopefully resembled the ones I'd roughed into the draft. Designers on a deadline don't have that kind of time. Then Noun Project came along with a central repo of clean icons, ready-to-use, searchable by subject. I'd grab free lo-res versions to work out a design, then buy the vector set for the final. Saved me so much time! I've had nothing but positive experiences with their payment process and customer service. It's been cool to watch NP evolve over time. There are other similar services out there now, a lot of them AI-driven, and that's cool and everything, but I've always preferred sourcing design components from the greater design community. Noun Project was the first of its kind to do that and do it well, and saved my hyde on many a design deadline. I'm loyal to them for that.

Not a good experience at all, this Company are unscrupulous. 5 years ago I subscribed and used their products just for one day. I failed to notice the following 5 years I was still being debited an annual subscription. I stress this is my error. I wrote to Noun Project and asked that they refund me the last 4 year's subscription. They refunded me the last year but not the 3 years in between. This is very sharp practice in my book.

They claim to have "The World’s Most Diverse and Extensive Free Icon Collection" which is total BS. You have pay for a pro subscription or pay $5 for a single download.
This site is the latest victim of the capitalistic enshittification of basic services. I'm NOT PAYING THAT MUCH FOR A BLACK AND WHITE PNG OF AN EGG SHELL.

Purchased 3 icons, charged for 4. No access to download any of them, can't find anyone within the business to contact.

I subscribed to the Noun Project for a work presentation and requested a subscription cancellation months ago (July 2023). I received a notification confirming the subscription was cancelled. Despite following up I am still being charged every month (Dec 2023).
Would not recommend using this site.

Really bad UX you have to deal with. For a Platform like this expected way better ways to use this.

I've been using the Noun Project for years and have had nothing but great experiences with it. I can nearly always find an icon for what I want. I pay for their yearly service which allows me to get royalty free version of the icons for use however I see fit. I can get them in both SVG and PNG variations, change the main color, background, save and add to collections, and more. If you're looking for high quality icons and great selection, I'd highly recommend giving them a chance.

This is a ripoff. I paid for lifetime access to the app a few years ago and was never able to use it. Despite providing credentials and contacting them multiple times I got no response. Just today they spammed me with e-mail inviting me to pay them more money. A big shaky! Don’t do it!

I love their resources. The icons are minimal, uniquely designed and you get multiple color choices. Premium icons are not so expensive. Use them in my projects all the time. Fantastic!
