The best tree we’ve ever had!

What a lovely tree!
This is the second time I have used the Nunhead Gardner for a Christmas Tree and it won't be the last.
They gave me a one hour delivery slot and it arrived exactly when they said it would.
It's not in a pot, and after one week the needles aren't dropping just as they said they wouldn't

Great customer service. They had run out of one of the pots I ordered. They were so on top of it, and I not only got a replacement ordered but also got my shipping refunded. Great stuff!!

Perfect Christmas tree and delivered with care and such a lovely person

Delivered on time - with tracking so didn’t have to stay in all day. Even put tree in our stand. The tree, of course, is fabulous.

I just love the Nunhead Gardener. I'm a frequent shopper / visitor of the store and always enjoy the selection of plants and the staff members. They're all really caring. This year I placed my first order (for a Christmas tree) online, and all went swimmingly. Regular updates, friendly delivery person and the most beautiful tree I could've asked for.

Beautiful Xmas tree - easy ordering process and delivered on time.

Products sent out promptly, good notification of delivery and arrived when stated. Good range of products at keen prices.

I bought a voucher online for my friend. I received the email immediately, and was able to print it for her to put in a card. She was happy, a she loves Nunhead Gardener.

I wanted a gift voucher as a birthday present. At first I could not work out how to order it online, so left a message on the answerphone. The next day a helpful staff member returned my call and explained everything clearly. I have now given the gift voucher, and am sure the recipient will like it.

A lovely, friendly shop with knowledgeable staff and beautiful plants and pots. I bought my sister a digital voucher as she lives locally and also love this shop. One suggestion would be to make it clearer when vouchers are going to be emailed: I was asked to provide the recipient's email address, but my sister didn't seem to get an email, and there was no option to put in a specific date, so you are limited to purchasing something for (eg) a birthday on the day itself rather than in advance. Other than that, no notes :)

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. The flowers were beautiful and the service was excellent - very straightforward and efficient, kept me updated throughout via text. Would really recommend.
