Efficient service, order completed and quality good. The only criticism is that I requested the delivery on Friday but it came on Thursday. Fortunately my meeting finished early so I was here.

The Nunhead Gardener in Camberwell is an absolute oasis for lovers of plants, ceramics, beautiful earthy designs and other nature inspired products.
The staff are always lovely and helpful, even to those just wandering in for a forest bath!

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from The Nunhead Gardener. Despite the website’s promise of next-day delivery if ordered before midnight, my order arrived 4 days late. There was a complete lack of communication from The Nunhead Gardener throughout this period. I was left waiting and had to persistently chase updates while receiving daily notifications from the courier that the order was out for delivery, which caused confusion and frustration.

On the day the order finally arrived, the plants came in a simple paper bag with the plants stacked on top of each other, poorly packaged, and with minimal protection or care. Soil had spilled at the bottom of the bag, which felt careless and unprofessional.

As a first-time customer, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I have already requested a delivery refund due to the delay and failure to meet the promised delivery time, but I am still waiting — it’s now been nearly two weeks without any response.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects poorly on the service and care for customers.

I received the plants I ordered quickly, very well packaged, and of excellent quality. It was my first time ordering with the Nunhead Gardener but it definitely will not be the last.

Plants in very good condition. Despite a delay in delivery I’ve given 5 stars as the customer service was excellent, really helpful in trying to sort out the issue.

Amazing experience with this company; product delivered in a day. Had a little issue with the order (just some misunderstanding) and they insisted to refund me while keeping the product. Would highly recommend

Very high quality plants, delivered timely in minimal packaging!

A bit disappointed, plants were smaller than shown, some were damaged in transit.
Better to go into the shop and choose your own.
Having mobility issues means I have to order on line, not ideal!
