My physiotherapist in Leighton Buzzard recommended that I saw Donna first for an assessment for a skin blemish that I had on my ankle rather than a dermatologist. I am so pleased that I took her advice. The booking process was very easy, I saw Donna on the day that I called and was given a friendly welcome as a new patient by Donna and her team. Her clinic in Astwood is clean, fresh and has an excellent ambiance with relaxing soft music in the background that is not overbearing in any way. Donna reviewed my problem, suggested i purchase some fungal cream from a chemist and suggested a follow up review in 4 weeks time. I was extremely pleased with her “chair side manner” and her warm friendly approach and cannot recommend her or her Nurse Clinic highly enough.

Another brilliant experience at The Nurse Clinic. Donna is amazing and Alison is a brilliant receptionist, even making me a cup of tea whilst I waited!

I made an appointment to go and see Donna ( in her new premises, very nice, and easy to find ) for her to take a look in my ear, after suffering with a perforated ear drum for a couple of months, she had a look and said it had healed up nicely, but I am still experiencing a muffled ear, she is going to take time to write to my Doctors requesting that they refer me to ENT at Bedford Hospital for an appointment to investigate further, thanks for taking the time to help me Donna, excellent service and care, thanks again.

Fantastic & efficient service

A relaxed and unhurried consultation during which all lesions were dealt with. Interventions were explained as they were being done. The nurse explained her own practice and what she did and why she was doing it.

As always, the service provided is, first class. Listening is a quality that can't be highly rated enough, and then deciding on what treatment to give. Thanks again.

I previously visited Donna a year ago for treatment so this was my second visit.
I can assure you that Donna is a very professional and friendly nurse. She provides a wonderful service and I would thoroughly recommend her.

I saw Donna again today at the Nurse Clinic in Kempston Rural. it was my third visit to her in under 18 months for ear wax removal. My husband has also used her service for skin tag removal previously. We have complete faith in her, she is very competent, very professional and reassuring. What an amazing service.

This was a great experience for an issue that was in my mind was serious. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, the receptionist Alison was very helpful and professional. I was seen today by Donna who totally put me at ease with my ear problem, she diagnosed my problem and talked me through on how we were going to proceed in dealing with it. The results of my treatment was a total success and I walked out of there feeling absolutely great. The price of treatment was more then fair and worth every penny. Donna was brilliant - it’s the first time I’ve gone to The Nurse Clinic and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Donna was extremely knowledgeable, careful and really friendly. I would definitely recommend her services.

If you need your ears cleaned I would have no hesitation in contacting The Nurse Clinic. To get an appointment is very straight forward and quick and the wax removal treatment is painless. The clinic is located out of town so no difficult parking issues. I have been going back over several years and have been very pleased on each visit.

I had a small number of skin tags I wanted to get rid off and found the Nurse Clinic. I had an assessment and then a few days later had the procedure. Everything went very smoothly and pain free. I had good advice on post procedure care and was well treated through out.
