Good Quality product
Delivery was easy, communication very good, Delivery choice of date . Quality of the bed is very good especially for the price paid. We had a friend who builds furniture for a living so only took him 20 mins.

The Oak Bed Store is amazing :-) This is my third purchase and won't be my last. The latest one was as a result of my original bed breaking after 6 years (through my son throwing himself onto it repeatedly) and despite it being out of warranty they went above and beyond to try and source a replacement part,but then a replacement bed frame when the original one couldn't be repaired. The quality and workmanship of their products is excellent.

We ordered the Chester king sized ottoman bed and the flow tranquility mattress. The bed is really well made and there is lots of storage space underneath. The mattress is very comfortable, medium-firm with a very soft top layer. The customer service is very good and they replied to my queries the same day.

Good product and great customer service
I got the kind of bed that I wanted along with a premium mattress for a decent price and the service was great. I specified on the order that the bed needed to be delivered either in just a few days or several weeks later once I returned from holiday. I got a call the next day to confirm that they could deliver the bed in the next few days and it arrived on time as promised.

Wimbledon Solid Natural Oak Storage Bed
Five moves later and this bed is still perfect! I’ve taken it down and put it back together 6 times since 2018, and it’s still just as rock-solid as the first time. Definitely worth the investment.
Im looking to buy more oak furniture which is what reminded me of this company after so long .

After much searching finally found a…
After much searching finally found a three-drawer oak bedside table through the Oak Bed Store. I was able to order a wood sample to compare with other furniture I had. The bedside table is great - fully assembled and solid. Although the drawers are a little shallower than I hoped they are really beautifully made. A bargain price for something that will last a long time.
