Very pleased with the product and the service.
I called to check measurements before ordering and was helped by lovely lady called Georgia(?). She answered all my questions and took the order. She was very helpful. The delivery came on exactly the date and time given. The delivery men took the boxes upstairs which was also very helpful.
We put the bed together in 40 minutes. It was very straightforward and the only issue was that one of the bolt inserts wasn’t straight and the side panel couldn’t be attached to the headboard, so my husband had to hit it with a rubber mallet! Other than that it was very easy.
The bed itself is great quality and we’re really pleased with it.

Fantastic quality product
The quality of the trundle bed I purchased was excellent. I am really pleased with the way the item was packaged and the build instructions.
The delivery company needed chasing to provide a date for delivery, and upon delivery they strangely offered to unpack all the boxes so we could check for damage BUT they cannot remove any packaging or resolve replacement of damaged items.
I found this process bizarre. I don't want open boxes strewn across my hall, pending us taking the item upstairs for building.

Regarding the delivery experience, our courier does offer an optional unpacking service so customers can visually check items for damage before signing for them. I completely understand this isn’t always convenient, and it is entirely your choice whether to accept it or not. The packaging also does need to be retained, as any potential return would need to be made with the original packaging intact.

Quality product
Bed arrived in clearly labelled boxes. Delivery team courteous and efficient. Bed components were great build quality with all items well aligned and finished. Easy to follow instructions. Fixings and fittings of similar high standard and also included a bag of spare components and a spanner and Allen key. You will need a cross head screwdriver. Due weight of some bed components it recommended as a 2 person job. Took about 1 hour to assemble. Very happy with the bed.

A great bed and, a wonderful mattress for a very reasonable price. Was definitely worth the wait for a restock in an unusual size. My daughter is over the moon, quality appears excellent with the frame looking like it could easily last a lifetime.

Good looking quality bed
My bed looks great; it’s solid and sturdy. The slats are the perfect base for my Tempur mattress. I paid to have the bed assembled when it was delivered and the guys who did it were fast, efficient, respectful of the property and friendly.
