Product Refund, very efficient
Recently tried to order PlayStation gaming tower made by numbskull but distributed through official brands. I bought one previously from Amazon, but has since proven to be very difficult to track down, however official brands had the specific one I was looking for on their website. Unfortunately after the order went through & payment was received, I was emailed a day or two later saying that the product was out of stock but I would be refunded. I was fully refunded a few day's ago according to my bank. So even though I didn't get the particular product I was after, I was glad that the process was handled very well & kept update about my order.
