These people are just the best! They are great at solving seemingly impossible , last minute fuel requests, wherever the location.
All the staff are friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable, they are also accurate and do not promise unrealistic delivery times, which is exactly what we do not want. Greenarc have everything we need to maintain our sites, nationwide and we never consider any alternatives, because we do not ever have to, they are that good.

Order was placed on 7th October with plenty of notice to be delivered on 11/10. Most of our usual suppliers would work next day delivery.

My team chased Jack Helliwell at The Oil Depot all day to see where the order was and he was always chasing it up but never really gave us an answer.

12/10 - no fuel still. Our site was out of fuel and we had to stand down for the day, this cost us a lot in wages for our site workers and hire costs for the plant for the day for the non-productive hours. Not to mention this has now delayed site progress and our client are looking to put charges on top of us as we have delayed their section of works now due to our machines standing still because of this delivery that failed.

We have a contact at the company they was using to transport the fuel and they advised that the goods were never dispatched and they couldn't collect them as no label was scanned to activate their services (this should have been done by The Oil Depot).

We have had to source an alternative supplier as the issue was not dealt with nor any sufficiant apology for the delays / costs we have incurred.

I will also ask my team who have been involved in this to provide a review with their experiance.
