The items are good but my order came in…
The items are good but my order came in 2 separate boxes which were sent days apart with no email or note in the order to explain this was happening, I only worked it out when it was written on the box 'box 1 of 2'. I also emailed asking about the tracking as it seemed to be stuck in 'were expecting your parcel' and never got a response. I use a lot of home fragrance suppliers and this experience didn't feel on level with other competitors out there.

Hi Kayleigh, Thank you for commenting that my items are good. Sadly at the time of packaging your order I did not have a box big enough to fit in all your clamshells. I was awaiting a re delivery from my packaging company. To not cause any delays to the processing of your order I sent them out in two separate boxes which I did write on the box 1/2 etc so you would be aware. I am so sorry your email was not picked up, I went to search for it after seeing your review but I could not find one. I am so sorry the experience with The Oil Store was not on your standard of levels, we have taken your comments on board to improve our service. Thanks again for your order.

Hi Anna, The reason for the delayed delivery is due to the fact you ordered a pre order item. There was notices all over the product listing stating this would be delivered within the time frame, I can see it was successfully delivered to you via your DPD tracking. No charge back has happened our end with the bank, nor refund given due to you receiving your items, unsure if you have us mixed up with another company on that comment. Thanks for your order.

I received my order today
I received my order today. As always, everything was safely packed and I knew where my package was on its way. I love the scents for body lotions and bath bombs. The service is very good and I really appreciate the gift that comes with it
