Stale sweets, expensive, but good packaging and service
The actual sweets are not very nice at all: fudge with no crystal structure (ie just a squidgy lump), chocolate eclairs too hard to chew, but nicely packaged and promptly despatched. Unreasonably expensive and clearly aimed at public school types who find the word “tuck” intrinsically enticing. Would not order again.

If you would like to contact us via the email address on the site we will happily resolve any issues. Also please note the eclairs you ordered are Sugar free and these are a little firmer than the normal sweets. As for the Fudge we can only react to customers feedback and will pass these comments to our supplier.All of our sweets are fresh and very much within any use by dates. We also feel that our prices are competitive and the name of the business is purely a nostalgic reference. We take customer complaints very seriously and would have liked to have had the opportunity to resolve this for you prior to your public comments and hope you will now allow us to do so.
