We got my son a new pair of gloves for Christmas which unfortunately were too big. OG were brilliant and arranged for us to exchange them. Very simple process. Unfortunately EVRI lost the parcel so OG never received the pair back. After I emailed OG once, they organised for the replacement pair to be sent straight out without any fuss. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend.

A personalised response on a Sunday night from a human not a machine 2 minutes after I sent a question is above and beyond….. absolutely first class service

OneGlove is a company that still has great customer service. Evri recently lost my return however once I had sent on the tracking details, OneGlove were quick to take charge and refunded the item without any issues. Thanks OneGlove.

Initially a little disappointed by a slow reaction just after Xmas , not surprising really. The portal page was not appropriate as we wanted to exchange for a difference size, not a refund. The size we needed was out of stock . We made a return anyway with a covering letter. The response from Kallie was excellent she understood the situation and sent us the size we needed very quickly
This is the second time we have used one Glove and would recommend them to any one

My son loves One Glove. His Christmas present gloves were 2 small the returns timeline was extended over d holiday period and customer service was excellent in helping me return the gloves . Waiting on a another pair of gloves in bigger size at the moment

Shannon was very helpful in her replies on instagram to a query about stock options on gloves and junior tracksuits.
Our son is a big fan of the one gloves and looking to get more asap and would also like a training tracksuit too.
She was very friendly and polite and assuring that they would be available to purchase soon

Bought a pair off gloves for my son for Christmas they were the wrong size I tried to return them and was not able to as the cut off had gone past by one day emailed them had no response absolute that was over two weeks ago disgraceful customer service
Bought a pair the right this Sunday paid extra for express delivery which is 1-2 days still have not received the gloves not even received notification that they have been dispatched emailed them yet again today to still not get a response again disgusting customer service

I ordered my sons glove a size too small and the returns process was simple and they made contact via email as I wanted an exchange from a junior to adult size and they made it so simple without the need for a refund.

Had issues with sizing (my fault not theirs) but if oyu have old OG gloves check the new sizes. Customer service was great and highly recommend these guys.

One Glove have always provided excellent service and top quality products. When reordering this time I chose the wrong size and was late returning them. Shannon was an absolute star, gave full instructions on what to do, located the return despite it going to the wrong place, and ensured that the right size was sent out. She was extremely helpful and efficient.
