I ordered Neptune cupboard handles which I could not get from Neptune itself as they do not stock them anymore. Delivered promptly, packaged well and in excellent condition. Very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

The table we ordered was badly damaged when it arrived . We immediately contacted the company and they offered to send us a new table after we'd agreed to send back the damaged one . Unfortunately the replacement table they sent was also badly damaged on arrival ( witnessed by the delivery man that kindly waited until I'd opened the box to check the ' new table ' in front of him due to my lack of confidence in this company ) ! We were obviously very disappointed that their 'quality control ' did not take time out to check that the ' replacement table' was perfect before it was dispatched !
