airs warm, good sensory feel, all in all a love :)
purchase process is very smooth, shipping cost is minimal which is appreciated as i am out in the middle of the woods.
for the foundation itself, i really like it. skin prep is important, a good moisturized base-primer- all that good stuff.
the shade i got was 1.1p which airs on the yellower side which is the only reason i did a 4 star rating instead. while i still love it, i do have to color correct a bit with a lavender shade.
this is not a dealbreaker for me, but if you are needing a cool shade so void of warmth it is more purple-gray than pink, and you don't want to shade correct at all? this isn't for you.
formula feels nice, it does sit well once you've blended everything, and it really does feel refreshing for people with sensory problems (like myself, autism gang) who cannot stand a heavy feeling ANYTHING on the face. and for that price? wowza.
really glad i found it, so long as it is on the market i am a forever customer.

Great product. Easy to order and fast shipping. Giving 4/5 stars only because the amount of emails I received about shipping. Although, I only had 1 package ship, I received 18 emails that it was out for delivery.

unfortunately I received 10+ emails…
unfortunately I received 10+ emails confirming my order had shipped after it had already been delivered. Then it stopped for a few days.. but sadly again received several repeat emails days later.

We encountered two main issues with this order.
First, the product arrived damaged, with significant leakage. Only around 30% of the product remained upon arrival, and the packaging box was oily.
Second, the delivery experience with UPS was particularly difficult to manage. The initial message indicated an incorrect address and requested a change to a pick-up point. However, there was then no update for around 5 days, and UPS customer service was not reachable. The delivery instruction was subsequently changed multiple times, including a new pick-up point request and then a return to the initial address, which created confusion. The parcel was finally delivered on 17 August.
For reference, another product ordered on the same day was delivered on 4 August from another platform (from UK to France), making the delay and overall delivery experience for this order clearly unsatisfactory.
