bad packaging, tree broken, neither re-send nor refund!!

I ordered a tree, it has arrived broken due to the weak packaging (no stuffing inside the box...). after a whatsapp exchange with their customer service, they told me that they will send me a new one but when I asked them for the new tracking number, no answer from them for more than 3 weeks despite having asked again several times. I end up ordering the same tree in another on-line shop. TIME and MONEY WASTER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

We live locally and always collect our orders but they are always ready and the plants are always packed week and in great condition.

Excellent service

Plants arrived in Malaga on the day they were dispatched from Valencia. All plants in good condition and well grown.
The website would benefit from an in stock / not in stock filter. Otherwise an excellent service that I will use again.

Top quality seeds and good variety. Plants good too. If you have any issue with delivery etc , the staff will try all to accommodate you.
