I would give this company a zero if it was possible. The service is poor and they do not have transparent policies. When I had an issue, I asked several times for an escalation however the issue was not escalated and was not resolved satisfactorily.
The issue was that they booked me on a retest without asking me what date was convenient and I was simply told if I didn’t make the date I’d have to change it via the government system and the next date was 3 months later!
A waste of money

Really terrible experience, the process was awful and customer service was useless.
I paid for the resources and booking a month before my test, i was not given a log in, depsite emailing multiple times, to access these resources, only got a response less than a week before my test (3 weeks after paying) and when i asked for a partial refund as they did not allow access for 3 weeks, they stopped replying to my emails. Just seems like a scam. Went with another company to help and passed 1st time.

Easy to work with and they have allowed me to have a second go because I failed my first which has made it a lot easier for me

Scammers avoid. Book direct with the dvsa . They gave me a preferred date that and then changed the booking 3 days before the the date.

Just book via gov.uk and buy a theory revision app and save yourself hassle and money.
