Quick and Efficient Service – Passed First Time!
I was really impressed with how quickly Theory Test Finder found me an earlier test date. After paying the initial fee, I got an email in under an hour with a new test date that was three months earlier than my original booking. Even though I had to wait until the next morning for a confirmation, their team responded promptly to my email, and everything was sorted. Thanks to them, I passed my theory test on the first attempt! Definitely worth the service

Did not fulfil the service as did not manage to book a new test. Agreed to a refund over 6 weeks ago but still not refunded. Would definitely not waste my money here!

Please do not use this service
I booked theory driving test, he needed evenings but wanted an earlier test if possible. The tests offered were not convenient so we stayed with the original test. Without any notice this service changed the test to a time we had advised was not convenient. Then the service changed it again to a later date. I have had to now change it to a time we know is convenient.
This has meant he now has a test 3 weeks later than the original one we had booked. When I asked about the original date I was told to bare with the Company, and give them time they have now stopped communicating. Waste of money and a cause of utter stress

Disappointed
I was extremely satisfied with the service when booking an earlier theory test and had a new test date within a few hours. Unfortunately I failed that test and have been trying since then to re schedule the free re sit. I have sent texts emails and used the online contact form but had no response! Can somebody please acknowledge my requests and allow me to re book. It’s disappointing enough failing without the upset of now being ignored.

No communication / earlier booking after paying the booking fee
Paid the booking fee 5 days ago and havent heard back at all. Before paying the booking fee i was getting constant emails about bookings and now that i have paid the emails have gone silent. I have sent two follow up emails now with no reply. I have spent £32 in total with no earlier booking and multiple ignored emails.

Test theory finder were really helpful
Test theory finder were really helpful!
After paying the initial fee within half an hour I received the email saying they’d found a new date so after paying the admin fee for it straight away I hadn’t heard back anything even thought I emailed asking if I’d receive a DVSA confirmation email, but it was 8pm at this point so fair enough. The next morning at 9am I had a reply to my email saying that I should receive the details of the date change soon and within 5 mins I had confirmed a test date 3 months earlier than my original date. And I passed first time so thanks so much!!

They are totally scammers, first they ask you for extra fee and will reply you until you pay everything later they will tell you that we issued a refund but nothing will come to your account later will stop replying to your emails and on trust pilot they will reply to your review that IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE PLEASE EMAIL US, scammers don't waste your money, you will remember my words after wasting your money,

Highly recommend
Earliest available time on DVSA website was October. They got me an appointment a week later after booking my theory. If they’re busy, they can take a bit longer to reply so don’t be concerned if they’ve said an earlier slot is available, you’ve paid the money, but they haven’t responded.

The customer service was extremely helpful and very quick. I got replies within 1-2 hours. They were very patient when my test couldn’t be changed due to extra time restraints. I got a test for the next few days within one day. Highly recommend!

Good result, had to chase a bit but all good
Paid, got an email very quickly advising an earlier theory test found, awesome, paid the additional fee and 24 hours later still waiting to hear when the new test date is. Three emails to support ignored so far so what should have been a great experience is now not so good
