Internship - Sales & Operations
I had the pleasure to work with these guys during summer. My role, as mentioned above, has been twofold: on one hand, I worked in the operations division with Giacomo (COO), on the other, I collaborated with Pietro (CEO) in order to develop the sales pipeline.
The fact that the startup does not work on a time-base but on a goal-base has made a major impact on the way I approached problems during the experience, not only making me grow, but also helping to develop the confidence necessary to be autonomous while working.
Concluding, other than the knowledge, the golden take-off is surely their outstanding work ethic: Pietro and Giacomo have been able to convey it to me during the very first days with them.
As a first year undergraduate, it was truly inspiring to work in the startup and I would hands-down reccomend the experience to my peers and to whoever is seeking challenges as he/she wakes up.
