I use these for applying Osmo PolyX oil to projects and these make the process easier and more effective than just a rag or tissue. They aren't expensive but for what they are, they aren't exactly cheap either. But I prefer the slightly rough texture to get the oil in to the grain. I still use 125mm round pads on the sander for large pieces like table tops but for smaller, more detailed work these are idea.
