Not All Colour Mixing Available
Ordered the colours from Akzo Nobel and paid, I was then informed I could not have these colours as they needed a dark base. An ongoing problem with Dulux/Armstead. So dissappointed I had to get colours mixed elsewhere. Colour cards I paid for were no good as the colours I chose were unavailable. However the rest of my order was delivered quickly. They have a very quick delivery service which I like.

I am sorry that we were not able to match the colour you were looking for, unfortunately we are unable to produce colours outwith of certain bases as this is the outlined recipe given to us by the manufacturers of the paint and these bases are supplied to us by them, which we sadly have no control over.
I am glad the rest of your order was delivered quickly and that our warehouse team contacted you with regards to the issues regarding your order, i do appreciate this can be frustrating but we are unable to mix certain colours outwith of their supplied bases which are given to us by the manufacturers of the paint.
