Fantastic after sales service
Visited Bathgate branch 6/5/26. Had paint mixed using code. On arrival home shade was markedly different. Note-- not their fault Phoned next day , spoke with Stuart. Bring it back , we'll get it sorted. Went in next day and indeed problem sorted with no fuss. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Great service. A bit of a distance from my home but probably worth the travel to get this service. Very satisfied customer.

Great paint
Great paint, quite thin so expect some drips, however it covered ceiling well, needed 3 coats but it looks great, and no need to paint again with more paint so undercoat and top coat all in one. Recommended for use on lime plaster to aid breathability, preventing mould in the future hopefully. Delivery was earlier than expected and well packaged.

I recently ordered from The Paint Shed and was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received.
On delivery, there was an issue with the condition of the paint that had occurred during transit. Suzannah from the customer service team responded within just a few hours and handled everything quickly, professionally and with real kindness. It was clear they genuinely cared about making things right and keeping me updated throughout.
The whole experience showed a company that really values its customers, so I wanted to say thank you. I’ll definitely be ordering again for future decorating projects and would happily recommend them to others.
