Bought this on a bit of a whim after my interior designer mentioned Panache Artistry. The Aurelia has this really beautiful warmth to it when lit, it glows rather than just reflects. It's subtle but it completely changes the mood of the room in the evenings. My living room finally feels finished. Delivery was fast, came really well wrapped. Will definitely be back for more pieces.

I ummed and ahhed about the price for a while for but so glad I went for it. The aurelia pendant lamp is just a really well made, considered light. Its not a loud piece, which is exactly what I wanted. More of a quite confidence to it. Already had 2 friends ask where its from.

A genuinely exceptional experience.

I am writing this as i often do refer to trust pilot. I bought 2 lampshades, the delivery time was a bit longer than expected, but every time i questioned this (i emailed twice about this), i had a response in less than 2 hours and they reminded me delivery time is 2-4 weeks. The lampshades arrived looked just like teh pic, the quality great and as a result of the sale cost me less than half the price of the exact same model i had seen elsewhere. I would definitely shop here again absolutely cannot fault them

I purchased six of the Noema Bar Stools for a recent interior project, and they are absolutely stunning. I searched for the perfect bar stools for weeks, and these ticked every box, elegant design, comfortable seating, and impressive build quality.

They look even better in person and have completely elevated the space. Everything arrived in perfect condition. My client is thrilled with them, and I’ve already had so many compliments from others who’ve seen the finished project.

Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be using this brand again for future designs!

I brought a table lamp which looked like it was five stones stack on one another with a grey shade. The delivery was endless. I had to wait weeks. When it finally arrived it was horrible cheap nasty plastic which looked absolutely awful. I tried to send it back but this company will not take returns. This company produce horrible products which have a misleading description online. Don't get conned like me.

Customer support excellent throughout the after sales process … still awaiting delivery so can’t comment on the products just yet

I wish I had read the reviews here before buying anything from Panache. Ordered an office chair. It arrived covered in scratches and rust marks. Arms looked like they had been welded together by drunk me in the dark. Absolute mess. Asked to return it and get a refund. They sent more arms, just as bad as the first set. Asked again for a refund. Told ‘no, everything is perfect’. Am hoping my credit card company can help refund the £400+ pounds this cost me.

Item not received yet at all — disappointed with the service — will neeed to chase them again

Moral of the story. Just because it’s a flashy website, you can get the same stock quicker and cheaper on Amazon.

Had no shipping updates 7 days after purchase so reached out and although I received a reply no firm delivery dates were given. Asked to cancel the order and then they pushed through the dispatch miraculously and didn’t respond again. Found out item was coming in from Asia (clearly to utilise De minimis rules) hence no accurate tracking and then it sat in customs a number of days. Meanwhile I went on Amazon and bought exactly the same cup for half the price and next day delivery.

Light finished with a hot glue gun - incorrect wiring and total fire hazard to be honest. Appalling quality - literally looks like trash - avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered the soho home dupe light . First one delivered was wrong size . When this was raised to them , asked me how do I know it’s the wrong size . I explained all it takes is a tape to measure :) . Refused to return the money and took a month to send the right size( makes sense as these are cheap Chinese copies). The next light comes with missing parts . On raising this to them, completely refused to acknowledge that this is even possible ! (This is despite them sending the wrong size lights in the first place). I have an amazing electrician who managed to get pieces that would somehow go together and we now have the light up.
Just not worth the headache .

Arrived about two weeks after purchase, maybe less. Very beautiful spice dish and spoon - I’m very happy.

Terrible Chinese made rubbish. I 100% feel as though I was scammed. Received the small table which cost $2,000, had to screw in the legs myself which were uneven, making the table look terrible. There were clear black marks from where the stone was laid on top of each other, they said it was just the feature in the stone, which is incredible that it just happened to match the exact size and patter of the storage lines underneath the stone. Everything about this product was just manuafactured like the person gave 0 f's. Waste of money, stuck with it now as they refuse to refund despite their policy saying any cosmetic damage is entitled to a refund upon delievery which there were cosmetic damages EVERYWHERE. The legs, the table top, the fact that it is so unsable I had to sand down one of the legs to try and make it more level. Literally cut on an angle, don't even know how you manage to do that.

Really bad quality - did not look like as it was in the picture. Arrived after so many weeks from China. Can’t even pack repack it to return as too much effort!
