This has got to be the worse experience I ever had with ordering colognes and I’ve been collecting for years. I ordered a cologne on November 29,2025 and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent several emails and I all I get back is an automated email saying it will ship this week. Zero stars for them and don’t say I didn’t warn you stay away from them and don’t let the cheap prices lure you in

Positives: unbeatable pricing. they are legit, ordered multiple fragrances and confirmed they are all legitimate no fakes. They have a customer service team that responds and actively tries to help with any issues or questions. The orders always show up… eventually.
Cons: shipping is egregious. Ive had orders take up to 2 months to ship out.
They clearly back order almost everything but its not shown on the website which can definitely lead customers astray. In my experience orders can be shipped out any time between 1 week and 3 months. If u have the patience i would 10/10 recommend this site

Horrible experience. My fragrance would not shit for more than a month, so I canceled my order. And a week later I still have not received my refund. They're a scam.

They most definitely suck. My order was processing for almost 2wks. But the prices are good. Just terrible service for as delivering the product.

They never sent my order and they never answered my emails and everything is a scam. I’m contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

Purchased a bottle of Amouage Timber. 3 weeks passed and asked where is my order? The responded quickly and said next week it will ship. Waiting another week and asked again. They said they didn't get the shipment and didn't know if they ever will if I want a refund. They issued a refund minus 25.00 . Very sketchy will never use again . Paid 25 bucks to learn the lesson.

I have heard rumors of them being super slow on shipping. However, for me that has not been the case. I have bought 2 very legitimate higher end colognes from them (Creed Virgin Island Water and Parfums De Marly Persues) at incredible prices and they arrived within 10 days. Maybe I got lucky, but the deals are great and the fragrances are legit

I ordered a fragrance on Nov. 15, with the clear statement that it would be 1-2 weeks processing before it shipped. Not an issue. Three weeks go by and I still don’t see a shipping confirmation so I reached out to customer service. They assured me it would ship by the end of the following week. That time comes and goes, no shipment. I email again, I’m again told it will ship by the end of the next week, but it doesn’t. It is now five weeks since I ordered, and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Despite being assured it would arrive before Christmas, I’m now told it will ship “next week” which is literally Christmas. I have requested a full refund. This company is disorganized, likely a scam, and will blame vendors instead of themselves. I’d stay away from them at all costs.

This company is absolutely a scam. As other reviews have stated, they do not ship when they say they will. They also do not respond to messages. I have emailed multiple times and never received a response. Had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle. Go to a reputable seller.

This is a fraudulent website. They claim shipping takes 1 or 2 weeks, but it's been 5 weeks and nothing. They don't respond, they're out of stock, and the owner just uses your money to get parts from previous orders. Like a Tinder scammer, they'll wait for someone else to pay for an order before fulfilling yours. There's no clear information on their page, and after more than a month they might tell you they're out of stock, always blaming the shipping company. If you don't mind waiting a month only to be told they don't have the product you want or to be kept waiting, then this is the place for you. But if you want an authentic product without any hassle, it's best to avoid a bad experience.

My purchase was on November 1 and still nothing, they mentioned that the brand just don’t want to supply the products, so o I will have a refund once they collect the money back and would take about 15 days… so do I supported his business (scam) for about 45 days.?

This company absolute fraud they don’t have any fragrance you on their site theparfums I placed order 3 and a half weeks ago and nothing I contacted their customer service and received some answer that order on hold because they couldn’t verify payment method after I mentioned that ill refer their fraudulent business to FBI they refunded my money

All I can say is BEWARE. Do not buy from them!! They will steal your money and have you waiting a few days shy to 1 month to still not receive your order. This is the worst experience I’ve had with purchasing a perfume online. I stay in Florida and there is no reason it should take almost an entire month to ship an item that’s not even back ordered when their website states they are located in the US. I have ordered from plenty of other reputable US based perfume websites and have never experienced this. I should have read more reviews because apparently I am not the only one this happened to. They are supposedly refunding the order now due to “unforeseen circumstances” and I am extremely disappointed.

They never ship. After 5 weeks, I finally recieved my fragrance. That is ridiculous. I ordered and received stuff fro other cites and these people were radio silent. I ended up canceling my last order cuz I could tell it was never coming. HORRIBLE>

Bait and switch. You place your order, they take your money, and then they tell you for weeks and weeks and weeks that the shipment is delayed again and again and again. Do not recommend ordering. Still haven’t received the order I placed on OCTOBER 23.

Please save your money and buy somewhere else.

I received the wrong sized fragrance , they sent the small one instead of the 100 ml I spent a lot more for. They also took 5 weeks to get this shipped and delivered to me. Ridiculous.

I’ve been shopping for perfumes for years, and I can confidently say this is hands down the best perfume discounter I’ve ever come across! The fragrances are 100% legit. I was a bit cautious at first, but the quality blew me away. Everything is authentic, and the prices are unbeatable.

They regularly have amazing sales, which makes it so tempting to stock up on all my favorite scents. Yes, they do have a high volume of orders, so shipping can take a little longer than usual, but honestly, it’s totally worth the wait. The products are always worth it, and you can tell they put care into packaging and customer service.
I’ll definitely be buying from them again! Highly recommend if you’re looking for top quality perfumes at unbeatable prices.

I would give this 0 stars and would never order from them. Customer service is rude. They canceled my order only because ai wrote a bad review after asking them for an update on my order two weeks in. This was my last email to them and they never responded.

I want to clarify that my review reflected my genuine experience as a first-time customer: the delivery delays, unclear communication, and the difficulty in obtaining an official contact email at the start of the transaction. Reviews, by nature, are intended to provide honest feedback to both the company and future customers.

While I value transparency, I did not expect that sharing my experience would result in the cancellation of my order. I placed the order in good faith and would still like the opportunity to receive the product I purchased. If there were concerns about my feedback, I would have welcomed a direct conversation rather than a cancellation.

I placed an order on 9/14 and as of 10/2 it still hasn’t shipped out. They’ve ignored two emails sent 9/26, and 9/28. Only after I aired out my grievances on their instagram, they offered to cancel the order. They’ve had my money in limbo for almost a month and I feel extremely cheated. I use Cashapp to shop online to avoid scammers playing with my banking info, and the refund should’ve been issued immediately. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone! Bad business and terrible customer service. You’d think they were out of the country, but the company is in Utah. No legitimate reason to need 3 weeks to ship. Pure laziness and lack of appreciation for the people who spend their hard earned money with them. If I could give them zero stars I would!
