I purchased a alternator for £237

I purchased a alternator for £237 , I was told 1 year warranty and it's still under o 1 year . I went to the Leicester branch, and the sales assistant is making excuses that it needs to be under 12000 miles .it's not on the receipt, I would not have bought it if they said this . As it was for a taxi I would not buy if it's under 12000 miles warranty. Now I will not purchase anything high priced parts as they don't keep they word ...

Awful experience.

Awful experience.
There is a Guy there who talks to the staff like muck and the definately do not respect him.
I heard one mention his name as Murphy or maybe Murray?
Either way it was Embarrasimg.
